these people bug there just tryin to scam people.i answer n they neva say nething

they never leave a message.

This company is Santander and they are the financial institution that bought over Citifinancial's Auto loans.  They do not have a grace period like a traditional car loan.  If you are one day after the due date, they will keep calling until they get their money.

This number has been calling my cell phone every hour, no message.

Sandanter has called my phone several tiems from different numbers. Called them back and they say they are an auto loan company and wanted my account number or dob.

Interesting.

I've not bought a car since 2005.

I don't owe anything on my car.

And I've sure never heard of this company.

Service rep stated that without an account number he couldn't have my cell number removed.

They called my business number and did not leave a message.  I called back, and they are a Company called SANTANDER Consumer USA, DEBT COLLECTOR.  I think for what I could get from the automatic system, they finance cars.  I have never done any business with this company, but they have an account with my company's phone number?  how can that happen?.  I asked to be removed, let's see what happens!

I got a new number from my cable company and xo interactive 619-757-1242 and santander 214-237-3670 call my number 7 days a week from 8am till 11pm and even on hollidays I told them i am not the one they are seeking but they call anyway---I am fighting back until some legal things go through i do answer the phone with loud speaker on and let them say hello hello hello laughing at them. Some times ill jack the volume up on my computer and have a ear busting noise sound headed their way

They are annoying on purpose.  It's their job.  if we don't want the calls every day we need to pay them on time ;)  

they call me about 5-10 times a day..lol.

That's a negative. I explained how it's really tough for me and my family atthis time and if there was any assistance they could offer to help me get this back on track. The lady told me there was nothing they could do for me

the absolute worst car loan company ever. As soon as you are 1 day behind the calls start. Even worse every time you speak to someone you have to 'verify' your name address etc. I love explaining to them every month why my payment was late - 'Because I'm f*ckin Broke'......

I just got a call from this number and they ask for me by name then hang up.. If you have something to say then address who you are and what you want.

I have no auto loan, yet I keep getting calls from this number..... WTF!

This creditor is calling me about a friend who put my phone number on her application as a contact. I want nothing to do with this situation but they don't seem to care and keep calling me.

Santander offers a two month payment deferral, or will defer two payments you own already, even if you used a deferral with citifinancial already. it was very easy and really took some pressure off my back. hope this helps. unfortunately you will have to answer the phone or call them at least once.

Its Santander. If you are 1 day late, they will call EVERY HOUR! And no messages are left. They started calling my work # and I can not receive them at work. Will have to change that info. I just tell them the person is not available. When I have the money, I will pay them. These are tough times for every one.

They may be calling because you are behind on your car pmt. If you are a day last - they will start the calling until you are caught up on your pmts or if they speak with you and you agree on a date that you will become current on your pmts. It sounds like they are using an automatic dialing.

An automatic dialing is used in the collection arena. The dialer will call you every so often (several times a day) until one of their reps speak with you personally. When companies use an automatic dialer no message will be left because if they do leave a message ...law states they can not call you again that day. I believe they can not call you again within a three day period UNLESS you state to them that they can. I know this because I've worked in collections before

I WAS ON A LONGDISTANCE PHONE AND I KNEW I WOULD BE TALKING ALONG TIME SO,  I DISABLE MY CALLING WATING.AND SOME HOW THEY BROKE THROUGH MY PHONE LINE. AND IT WAS XO INTERACTIVE WHICH IS APART OF DRIVE FINANCIAL OR SAN TANDER CONSUMER. I DIDNT THINK THEY COULD DO THAT . BUT THEY SURE DID

They bought the loans from HSBC auto.  They call everyday! Even if your within the 'grace' time period.  I guess the squeeky wheel gets the oil.  BUT, I know who I owe, - what my situation is, and really don't need the constant "reminders"...Really.  Generally, when I get they can have (in line after rent, and college expenses for daughter).

I dont have a debt with Santander or HSBC or XO. and yet I get a call every day multiple times a day. And when I answer I am asked to HOLD for a representative. When i tell them they have the wrong number they tell me they are taking my number off the account. Then I get a call from a different area code, different number, for the same people. This is ridiculous, as it is my cell phone and I am being charged for these calls.

STOP CALLING ME EVERYDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
