I get many calls from telemarketers with 619 area code. I don't know anyone with that area code so I never answer. I figure if it's  someone I know, they will leave a message and there is never a message with calls from this area code.  If I do pick up a call that is a telemarketer , I hang up and make a note of the number.  If they call again, I don't answer.  Eventually, they give up

Second Auto Warranty call this week.  There are about four steps I doing now.  
First, I log in the date, time, phone number and what comes over caller ID.
Second, Report the call to both State and National Do Not Call List.
Third, Post occasionally to this site.
Fourth, If I receive several calls in a month from the same number, I also submit on line to my state attorney General's Office a complaint.  
If it's a bank/credit card service I contact my bank and specifically request they not share/sell or rent my info.  I also request a credit report every year.  You can sometimes find out sources of who is behind sharing your info.

Do not call me any more.

they hang up right as the phone is answering.  Its like they just want to see if I'll pick up.  wierd

Late last month, I received a call from a man with a latino accent that asked me by name, then asked if I owned a particular care because he was from my car waranty services.  I replied it was none of his business.  He became extremely hostile and stated it was his business.  Then he threatened to harass me "forever".  I not only reported this call to the Do Not Call Registry, but my (State Attorney General's Office).  They responded about a week ago.  It was a decent response. First my complaint will be looked into and not shoved into a file because when I input the DNCR info, a Jose Rivera's name came up. The area code on the caller ID was my state.  The SAG replied that overseas scammers are obtaining US area codes and phone numbers and it is hard to trace them.  My advice is to keep pounding on your local, state and federal doors.  The phone companies have not right to provided illegal sources with phone info, our personal info.  They make money, get the tax breaks for providing these scammers.  This ties in with shipping our jobs overseas to foreigners that do not do their jobs.
I did not answer this particular call because it came at 8:30 p.m.

619-801-8114 calls every 2-3 days.   I NEVER pickup because I figure they're selling something and I don't know anyone in San Diego.  They never leave a message.

I got 2 calls from this number, but I didn't pick it up, and then when I checked it on-line, I found those complains.. I just wondered how they get my number? I hate those phone calls.. how can I make them stop?

It's 8:24 PM and someone called.  Woke up the household.  Caller ID says "unknown name".  From all the posts, it's got to be the same people.  My deceased father gets postcards all the time about extending a car warranty.  Same people?

It went into my voicemail and said that it was the last call before my vehicle gets removed - I don't even own a car.

Called the Digicom reported the number calling, they insured me that within 24 hours my number would be blocked from them being able to call me. They only provide phone service, they are not associated with them, however, if you file complaint, they will block you number and give yo a case number to reference to if needed. I get these calls several times a day, and now they wont even allow me to speak to a rep when I press 1, it just hangs up.

Where do these guys get our numbers from? I haven't given my cell number to anyone..  I, too, have the pay-as-you-go plan.

They keep calling and when i answer they dont say nothing they just hang up.

I also have been getting calls from these jokers a couple times a week for a few months now. Pressing 2 to get removed the list is a ruse. Here are the number from the last two weeks. Notice that the last two list themselves on Caller ID as "Incoming Call x", but it's the same factory warranty yadda yadda yadda sales pitch. Very frustrated like the rest of you.

I'm having the same problem!  They've called multiple times, and I can't seem to get removed from their list.  

I have a used Jeep and State Farm insurance.

This is a ridiculous waste of time!  I can't believe a company would pay money to bug people.  Obviously if I said no the first time, I'm not going to change my mind after the 10th call.  It's just going to piss people off!

They claim that calling 866-225-1956 and leaving a message to have your number removed will work.  We'll see

Got a robocall to my cellphone (which I have to pay for) about car warranties

Unreal, these people are unreal! They keep calling and calling, perhaps they are related to the energizer bunny. No matter what you do they NEVER take your number off the list. I am on the DO NOT call list. I plan on reporting them. I think we all should!

received call from 619 801 8114; also received a call from 760 204 8404.   Pressed 1 to speak to a live person and the lady answered mumbled, "Warranty Activation." I asked her three times to repeat the name of the company.

This number called me in the morning, woke me up, and I answered it. It was a warranty renewal. Being disoriented from just waking up, I followed all the steps. At the end, it led me to a "dealership" of my car make and said for $395.00 I can renew my warranty. He was very pushy and when I said I'd have to think about it he said "What's to think about?". I then gave a blunt answer and he hung up on me.

this omega group calls one or more times a day. I have answered the recording by pressing the number- I got some guy on the phone - I politely told him I was not interested  and to tak....he hung up in my face. It is obvious they are not really selling warranties- who would buy a warranty form such a group of jerks.  I called  the number on the phone once after  i got a call and let it ring for ever. Some one finally answered and called me something and hung up.  After 6 months of these calls I have had it! I called 800-464-5446 Digitcom Services - a number found on another complaint site-  I talked to some one who said they only "supply" the numbers- but gave me another number to call to find out where  the call was coming from-213-702-9900. sounded like a brush off- I have not called it yet but I will in the morning.

recoded message about my auto warranty.I pressed 1 to speak with someone.The guy came on the line and told me that my dealership where I bought my car asked them to contact me because my warranty has expired and  to please pay 49.99 a month for a new warranty.He asked for my credit card number.I asked him what car warranty expired.He said,the new one you bought,the warranty is expired and if your motor or transmission goes out then you would have to pay blah blah blah..I said really? Well,I let him know I don't even OWN a car and unless the warranty expired on my shoes then they are a SCAM! and he hung up.called again and hung up.Idiots.

I've gotten 16 calls from this number... I don't own a car, I've rented in the US while on Holiday...

The calls came to my skype number !!!

i too keep getting calls from these fools, and from all the numbers that are listed here. they all came from a telephone carrier called digitcom, and thier number is 310-358-7000, they say the ppl that are using these numbers go through a second company call telephone managment, i found a number for them as well, 866-362-5478, i think someone should sue these fools so i do not have to go on a killing spree.

I get these calls too...and I have a Jeep and a Ford...maybe it's cause we just bought the new jeep, but they were calling before that...and I know that there was no warranty on the Ford, it's 12 years old!!!  I have esurance.

They called and when I confronted them, she said I was stupid and that she will personally call me everyday. What can we do to stop this?

I thought Indiana was a no call state....who are these people???
