I have received many calls from this number about reducing my credit card interest.  Each time it is the 'second and final time'.  

These calls have been going on for almost a year.

When I request to be connected to the manager, I get disconnected.

Didn't leave a message.  This isn't a call from my bank or any of my credit cards.
