I'm going to gripe anyway. Their call woke me very early. The phone rang and rang. By the time I reached the phone it stopped. No message--had to come here to find out who it was.

I've never bought anything from Ashley. They had no reason to call me. They may be a legitimate business, but I suggest they seem to be incompetent.

This is a legitimate number for Ashley deliveries.  This is not a place to gripe about legitimate businesses.

they delivered the wrong items and then asked for pictures and says takes them 30 minutes to go look at their email but it was almost half day till they call back and said the pictures we sent was not good.  keep calling them the first time and then keeps putting me on hold till my battery goes too low.

at the store  they offer no tax sale but then when i look at the receipt it shows the tax and added to the amount to be paid. i asked for explanation and they said they are not allowed to show that they dont let customers pay tax...how stupid! some sales personnel doesnt  know how to explain to customers, they make me confused on what i saw on the receipt.

until now  tables are not yet replaced, they gave us wrong color and the tables dont match. the couch smells like they sprayed kerosene on it. we paid 50 for the fabric protector and then it smells like that it makes me dizzy.
they have nice colors area rug, but too pricey and thin.

I agree with the post above!! This is RIDICULOUS!! If you promise to have it in the warehouse by Dec 1st dont call me expecting me to make other arrangements to pick it up on another date after Ive already waited 2 weeks! THATS JUST STUPID!!

FYI- I can't believe Ashley expects me to wait 4 months for a dining set that was promised to be delivered in 2 weeks!
DO NOT GO TO ASHLEY, THEY HAVE SERIOUS LOGISTICAL ISSUES THAT WILL LEAVE YOU OUT TO DRY!
