I get them. It shows as Eagle American on caller id. Any way to stop them?

Got a call this morning. I have no need for a vacuum since I have wood floors. Told the annoying caller to give "free gift" to charity. Refused to give them my address and hung up. Annoying caller called back to verify address. Told her if anyone bothers me, I'll call the police --- and I will.

DON'T KNOW WHAT EAGLE AMERICAN IS. I'VE FILED COMPLAINTS SEVERAL TIMES WITH DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. THEY STILL CALL.
