random call...?

This is a USAA general number so if they call you, its like a one eight hundred number that stops there.

It is a USAA number, my ex' husbands girlfriend called me from that number...how weird.

Yup.. USAA, great company. To bad they would not do 'home business' insurance, I had to move the 2 autos / Airplane / Motorcycle to another company to get the discount.  Bad choice on USAA.  I still have USAA for my rental property.  If I did not move the cars to the other company which had 'home business' insurance I would not have received the 40% discount.

Come on USAA, don't find ways of making a customer go away, Find ways to keep them!!!!!

This is a company everyone should be begging to get into.  They don't cold call, they are only calling if you have some reason to have dealings with them, like any insurance claim.  Answer the phone, and beg to become a member, your life will be better for it.

As a longtime USAA member (27 years, plus a few decades of coverage while I was under my parents' roof), I can assure you that these people will stop the calls if you will simply answer the phone once and nicely ask them not to call again.  Also, they don't "cold call" anyone.  You have to be a member or they wouldn't be calling you.  It would be nice, however, if the caller ID showed USAA instead of UNAVAILABLE.

I received a call from this number and I am in the process of changing my auto insurance so USAA was calling me to confirm changes.

I've never gotten any unwanted calls from them... ethical business.

Folks,  this call is from USAA.  You must be a member to receive their calls, AND they do not 'do' solicitation calls; this is most likely a return call in re to a call made by you.
