Of course they get through, they dialed your phone number and the phone company connected the call.  You cannot "block telemarketers" en masse, only individual numbers as permitted by your phone company or by your phone itself or an external call blocking device. If you are referring to the Federal or State Do Not Call lists, you are horribly confused about how they work. They are not any kind of blocking service, just a list of numbers that legitimate companies remove from call lists or program their call center dialers to avoid.  However, anyone who actually dials your number will get through unless you have personally blocked the calling number by one of the above methods.

Got a call from 626,626,0000 re a real estate problem.  Had no idea and now know not to pick up in the future.  Have a block on telemarketers but still they find a way to get through.

PS:  I just tried to report them to the FCC and DNC, but these fine organisations are unavailable because our government is shut down.  Seriously....do only the criminals win these days?

This number has called me AT LEAST six times today and I am seriously sick of it.  I don't know how to make it stop.

I am getting repeated calls from this number.  I'm so sick of it.

I got a call from this number today, they said "I let him borrow my Lamborghini, I let him drop my top, he can have that $hit that's old, I got three new rolls royces outside".  Craziest thing  I've heard.

Looks like they have been quiet for a while (at least on this particular number) but now they are BACK.  Ignored, blocked and reported.  Aggravating morons.

This is the strangest number.......they have been calling at night after 7 pm.......this time I said....if you keep calling me, I assume you are calling to harase me, if this continues, I will file a Police report.....the calls stopped!

They keep calling every few days!! Very annoying, especially when you are at meetings!

I added them to the Call Blocker app I have for my Droid -- best app I ever got!  Hangs up on selected numbers after one ring.

I have received about 5 calls from this number per day for the last several days.  They never leave a message.  When i get home from work, I see the missed calls, all about 1 hour apart.

I just received a call from this number - It turned out to be Planned Parenthood trying to schedule an appointment. Not a fraud call - They said they block the number with a 0000000 to remain annonymous.

They called me and asked for me by name I played like it was the wrong number and hung up!!It's that easy folks, just don't answer any number you dont know.  It's call voice mail, if they want something leave a message at the beep... Beep!

I received two missed calls on both my home and cell phones at the same time today.

Got a call from 626-000-0000 saying I had to pick up my gf in the back of the building. She just has an abortion at the Pasadena planned parenthood

Just got a missed call from 626-000-0000.  From the reads of the previous emails and being in escrow to purchase a property that was foreclosed on (Countrywide was the lender), I'm not too surprised of what I read.  Countrywide sux -- they are a bunch of criminals.  Not calling them back and I can't believe the phone company would allow such a number to go through like that.  626-000-0000??!!!  Come on now!!!

Got a call from this number today.  I am also getting calls from 626-998-9900, which I do not see in any phone lists such as those on this site.  I am in an ARM that Countrywide bought up from my 1st mortgage and they are calling me incessantly to try and get me to re-fi with them.  It's f&cking obnoxious and I even left a message on my voicemail telling them that if this is Countrywide not to call me.  They call anyway.  Rude company - can't wait to re-fi with someone else, a company that only calls me when my bill is overdue!!!

Countrywide mortgage calling regarding a refinance inquiry over 6 months ago, continues to call and leave messages after being told not interested several times and to stop calling.  Received over 20 calls from them so far.

This is Country Wide Mortgage company violating the FTC rules and regulations. I know, I just had a heated conversation with someone there about it.

They left a message saying they have questions about my account. Have no idea who they are.
