A call to SD Heyman got me transferred to a voicemail and never received a returned call.

A google search reveals no SD Heyman in Encinitas, CA.

I suggest that anyone receiving calls from WCA subscriber services calls these places for every call they receive.  If they won't provide or honor an opt-out, I suggest we flood their phones with as many calls as they give to us.

Telemarketer calls everyday from this number. He says the Do Not Call List is not enforceable and he can call whenever he wants. I called the number back and it is WCA Subscriber Services a telemarketing list service company.  BBB rating is F.  Really bad news.  Same guy calls daily asking for elderly person by name to run a scam.

I have no idea who this caller's number is at all but I never answer calls from numbers I don't know. Sigh, is there a way to stop these calls despite being already registered for the National Registry for do not call?

I do not answer calls unless I recognize the caller's number; they leave no message; I can only conclude that it's a telemarketer. It's difficult to remember that once, there was a time when we were not subjected to their annoyances. Long, long ago.

Someone called. Left no message. Must be a telemarketer. Can anyone remember the days when such annoyances didn't exist!!!
