received call at my work number. Said press 1 to lower my rate on credit cards. Brought me to a man. He asked what I wanted I sd I don't know you called me. He said obviously I sounded like an idiot and he couldn't help me and he hung up.

I received a call from this number asking me to press one to lower rates. I did so I could speak with a rep and inform them I'm on the do not call list, so please don't call anymore,  the lady hung up on me....20 minutes later I get a call again from this number, I pressed 1 again to tell a rep to NOT call me again or I would report it.  I wasn't unprofessional, just stearn....the male reps reply was, "So are you a tough guy now, Alan?"  Obviously has some personal info I DID NOT PROVIDE!! I was literally stunned!!  I told him yea, I am and if it continues I will report it and file a police report for harassment.  UNBELIEVABLE!!!!   WATCH OUT!!!

Received a call at work on a general line, it was a recording stating something about a credit card company press 1 to speak to a rep. I did just to speak let the rep know to take this number off the list (this number isn't for calls like this).  A fast talking rep named Jason came on the line and said I owed $4,000 how would I prefer to pay that.  I said, what is your name, he said Jason.  I asked what company he is call from?  He promptly hung up. After calling the number back 626-259-5549, automated recording said to press 1 to be placed on our do not call list and then hung up.

Same type of call.  Noted "Not a Collector" on my work phone.  Although, when I hit one I got disconnected.

Just got a call like the other calls...phone rings, I answer and get transfered to a super rude guy who tells me that I am "not with it" this morning because he's trying to explain that he's with Visa and going to lower my interest. He hung up on me. I called back and got the message about not being called again. After this I called Visa and spoke to someone who said that they never have promotions, AND that they never call people. I wonder what the scam is...

Receive a call from this number from once to twice a day on a US Army Installation Phone number.  I've had everybody and their mother yell at these dudes for them to stop calling or we were going to report them to I.G. These people are ridiculous and it really ticks me off.  I wish I knew who these people were so I could try and report them to the BBB.

They man who called me said that he wanted to ffuck me in the a**.  So I bent over and spread my butt cheeks for him.

The one time that I managed to answer this phone call, mind you after having repeatedly called back and pressing remove from call list, THEY STILL CALL ME...anyway, the one time I spoke to some ghetto black chick and i asked what it was regarding, she was as vague as can be so I was like yeah thats nice, please remove my number and she was like NO!!!


AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAh so frustrating I want to kill them all, where is the regulation for this crap!?!?!??!

got call from this number would not say who they are that they are trying to lower my interest.  I said that my rate was already under 10% and was then hung up on.  I get phone calls like this all the time from these people under diff numbers and names.

Received several calls from this number on my work phone.. Caller ID says "NOT A COLLECTOR"  Answered call today - recorded message says company is trying to reduce the interest rate on my existing accounts, press one to speak to an agent.  I spoke to Jason - he said his company is Account Consumer Services and they work directly with MasterCard and Visa to lower interest reates.  He asked for my credit card numbers.  I searched the company name on internet but nothing came up.

definately just trying to get credit card numbers from anybody they can. Have called me four times over the weekend and once today. Unbelieveable

IF they ever get me,I won't press any number,I'll hang up! Same with adverts in email,if you want to be removed from their list,they say click the link. Don't do that,they trace your computer,then you get onto another list!
What is the window for the "Do Not Call List"? Is it too late to sign up???

I have my answering machine on,they called and didn't leave a message.On caller ID was their number again.

I work in the credit card processing industry and got this call at work.

When he told me he wanted to lower my rate, I asked "what issuer are you with?" and "why are you calling me at work?"
He hung up.

Digging around a bit online, I think these guys are phishing for card #'s to commit fraud.

Automated voice telling me this is second and last chance to get a lower interest rate on my credit cards.   Just press 1 or 2 for this or that and to speak to a person....

These calls can get annoying you answer them and you get no one on the other side. I got this call and a girl answered it and she said by. What is the deal?

A woman called us at work. We work at a non-profit and live here part time. The woman who called wanted to speak with people who had credit cards in good standing. I tried to explain to her that she called a non profit social services agency, but she did not care.  She hung up on me when I was trying to be nice. I called the number back on my cell phone. The message said she would not call me again. The phone she called me on was the work phone which blocks employees from making out of state calls. I had to use my personal cell to call her back because she was out of state. She will continue to call us until I block the non proft's phone, which I cannot do, since we cannot make out of state calls.

I want her to stop. We are not a house, we are a non profit.

A female voice just called me from this number.

She called trying to get credit card numbers from everyone who lives at my house. She said she was going to give me a better rate.

I explained she had reached a non-profit, and although some of us live here part time for our jobs, no one has our personal mail or phone calls coming in. She hung up on me very rudly. I was trying to be nice.

When I called back on my cell phone, her answering machine picked up saying, "Your number will not be called again.".  I had to use my Cell number because the caller called from out of state. As I mentioned before, the number she called was a non profit agency and the phone is blocked from people calling long distance. I cannot call her from the work phone because it is a long distance call.

Very annoying.

Just found out the cell carrier for the number maybe harrass them and they will do soemthing about it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally changed my phone just because of these type of people! God I HATE them soooooo bad!!!! I wish I could call them at 3am and harrass the hell out of them!!!!!  I also pressed 1 we will see whether or not I will have to report this number as well to BBB and the Attorney Generals Office!!!!!!

This no. calls practically every day, in the evening after 6p. I don't know them, and don't WANT to know them.

I called back and told them I would kill there entire family if they called again.

Caller hung up as soon as they heard my greeting saying I am on DO NOT CALL list and that I report them to the Attorney General's Office. How do they put the message on phone saying NOT A COLLECTOR? I called back. Got an automatic answer saying "thank you for calling back- if you are not interested in our promotion - press 1 and I did that.  We'll see if they call againg.
