Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I keep getting calls and hang ups from these people. I hate hang-ups. They make me crazy. How do we get these folks to leave up alone. I am on the "do not call" list already. I would say it is useless!!  

Called my number but quickly hung up by second ring. I called it back but got "goodbye" msg and hung up. So annoying!
