Received calls from this "Our of Area" phone number on 6/15 1:59p and 6/5 5:04p. Both times they left no message.

When I called the number back you get this message repeated twice before getting a busy signal:  "number you have reached is not in service. this is a recording. 951368"

Don't know who this is.  Hang up and not message left.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" registry.  What a joke.  Scammers don't care cuz they know how hard it is to catch them.
