I hot two calls from that number in less then ten minutes first one I didn't answer the second I answered by saying " Dave's sperm bank, you spank it, we bank it" they immediately hung up on me. I bet they won't call me again

These guys keep calling me about an old disputed DISH network bill. i Might have been willing ti listen except for their extremely rude manner and threatening tone. They expect me to give them my bank account info over the phone? Idiots.  I made note of the number and now I do not pick up. They keep changing their numbers, even calling me once from my own area code, which I answered only to hear the same rude jerk on the other end. I just ignore their calls.

I have been getting random calls from this number as well as others that are busy when I try to call them back. They leave no voice mail to return the call.

I, too, get calls for someone I have never heard of and have asked repeatedly to have my number removed from the GCS database. Guess the next move is legal action.

I continue to get calls from this number even though I told the caller the person they are trying to reach does not live in my house.

I agree.  They keep calling me at work.  I work for attorneys and have been told they are not allowed to do this.  If someone starts a class action please count me in.

I constantly receive harassing calls from the phone #626-960-4729 for a relative who hasn't nothing to do with my phone number.  I have advised the caller numerous times of my plan to report these harassing calls, as I am on the "No Calls" list.  Disregarding what I am saying completely, the calls continue to come.  I need to have these calls stopped immediately.

1)  The major phone companies have been selling "unlisted phone numbers" for years, yes they do!
2)  A collection agency will use ie; mapquest or another service like it, do a reverse phone or address search, click nearby or neighbors and get everyone on the street.
3)  A desperate bill collector will call neighbors and try to get an unsuspecting elderly resident, make them think they are family, etc. and ask for the debtor's phone number or ask them to have the debtor call as a last resort if they can't get the number out of the person the contacted.

***  If a bill collector contacts you and discloses they are a collection agency and discloses in any way they are trying to contact your neighbor or anyone other than the debtor directly, they have broken the federal debt collecting law.  You may want to inform your neighbor as this cut throat collector will embarrass your neighbor even more at work or public place if possible.

Debtors should learn and utilize thier rights afforded them under the FDCPA (federal fair debt collecting practices), if a collector breaks the law, turn them in and sue them!

August 16/2010 received calls from this number, no messages are ever left. I looked up on google and this is what I found. I read on someone elses reply that this is Sprint, I don't have sprint or never did. thanks for the update.

I have gotten calls from this # twice. My # is suppose to block calls from people like this. They asked fro a Brittany Eaton. I've said both times there is nobody that lives here with that name. i'm quite annoyed.

i got a call from the same people, except from the number was different but the same company. It said it was from Operation Div, i don't know who that was 'til i looked up the company name. Could not find it...yet! but i dont like these guys...they seem fishy...plus with thee comments here im not picking up the phone for them just to be annoyed.

Called and left a message on my cell - says it is personal business - calling from California - leaves no info to confirm it could be something pertaining to me - sounded rude - said "call immediately".  Well if they don't leave a message as to what it is about I do not return the call.

Number appeared on missed calls.  Not from anyone I know as very few have that number.

I got a call from this number. They said they were calling because I had a severely past due account with Sprint. I informed them I have never had a phone or any other service with Sprint. Turns out a former employer of mine had a dispute with them and it was for a computer USB card that had been used by me, so apparently since they were unable to collect from the company, they thought they would go after me.  What a bunch of idiots. Like I'm really going to pay a bill for a company that laid me off...

This party called a few days ago and again today.  Asked for Wilson.  I had to ask them to repeat who they were calling several times because I could not understand what they were saying.  Warned them not to call again.

I'm sure these guys are calling obo Sprint.  I cancelled my account with them and switched to a $50/month company.  I can can't afford to pay these guys $130/month just for calls, text and insurance, which is what I get for $50 with the other company.  Now they are wanting their illegal cancellation fee of $200, which I believe is BS.  The caller was nice enough this time, but they can kiss my grits.

I have had two messages from this number, two different people called looking for "Reginald" and that is was an important business matter.  Call back number provided was 800-605-57688.  I didn't reply the first time and tried to the second to say this is not Reginald's phone.  No answer 5 minutes after the vm was left.  Incidentally, the 800 number has all the same type details on this website.

Daniel Craig-Hm-m-m-m, the last actor to play James Bond...not too original, is it? I got 8 calls from these pricks in 2 hours, on Memorial Weekend. They represent Sprint, the company that misrepresents itself and forces you into add'l 2 year contracts in order to get the phone upgrade you are entitled to, anyway. I say we need to start a class action suit against them.

I get calls from them too so after countless times telling them that I don't know Bobbie McGehee. So I started to negotiate there bill for them. First they wanted $470.00 dollars. I countered $100.00 and stayed at it! Then they wanted $395.00 so I went down to $75.00 told them you should have taken the $100.00 when the getin was good! they hung up Next call there down to $350.00 last call I got they wanted to know it I was going to pay them I told them $50.00 they said I was rude I laughed and said the rate were going you going to have to pay me they haven't called back since. HAHAH jokes on them

A Woman asked for +++ ++++++ (possible relative). I said not here. What is this about? "Personal business matter"- wanted a contact #. I refused to give or take a message since she wouldn't say what it was regarding. Told her not to call our # again. I won't pick up call from this # again. I had a feeling it was some kind of collection scam. We pay our bills. Reporting this so I will have a record in case they call again. We are on the "DO NOT CALL" list. It didn't do much good today.

I get the same calls from 626-960-4729 2 or 3 times a day asking for a Kenny Warren. When I'm not here he leave the same message, "This is Marko Garza, I need yo u to call me immediately at this number and this extension." When I'm home its the same dialouge, "Does Kenny Warren live there.......no he doesn't.....do you know who Kenny Warren is......never heard of him.....Thank you for your time". Then the same dude calls the next day. Is there a way to get this to stop?

How do we stop these unwarranted extremely rude calls??
Can we report them to some consumer protection agency??

I constantly get rude calls from this number looking for someone, and if someone knows how to block this companies number, let me know.  A class action should be filed against these collection agencies; stopping them from accessing numbers they should not be accessing.
