Some jerkwad claiming to be George from Ameribank.  At first he mumbled the company name so I asked him to repeat himself to which he shouted "GEORGE FROM AMERIBANK".  Clearly the caller must be dumb to think that shouting at me makes me want to talk to you.  Caller ID just says Illinois Call.  We have been getting calls from Merchant Services for as long as I can remember, but it's always the same spiel about being in the neighborhood blah blah blah.  As soon as I told him to remove my number, he hung up.

I received this call today and told the person I really wasn't interested in accepting credit/debit cards in my business.  She persisted with her sales pitch and I decided to just let her go.  She finally said that "Todd" would be in our area tomorrow and could he take 10 minutes with me.  I said I had clients to see from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  She persisted again and I said, more firmly, I simply didn't have any time tomorrow.  She said, dryly, 'have a nice day,' and hung up. Just makes you want to look them up and do business with them, doesn't it?? NOT!

If you email them requesting to be put on their "internal" do not call list, as suggested by the shill for this fraud, your number will be marked for future calls by this fraud and sold to other fraudulent telemarketers.

Get calles from 630-339-7116 and they ask for the CEO by name.  When told he is out, they hang up without another word.  Really annoying.

Got a call today from 630-339-7116 called Americabank.

They ask for the owner and we told them the owner was out of town and be back next week and the say the will call back and they did one hour latter and them 3 hours and them every day.
These people are a pest and the best thing you can do is report them and block their number and better yet do not do business with them

These people have called 3 times in the last hour. I ask them to identify who they are and they refuse.

Very overbearing person trying to let me allow someone to explain their credit card processing equipment.

I answered and she was yelling at someone.  I kept saying hello, out of curiosity as to what was going on.  Finally she gave a name and a business.  She asked if I accept credit cards in my business.  I said no and hung up.  Two minutes later she called back.  I did not answer.  Caller ID is great, but Do Not Call List doesn't always help.

They called and were very rude. I could hear a woman and others talking bad to each other and when she finally acknowledged me, she said she wanted to speak to the owner, I told her I was the manager and the owner is not ever in cause he works out of town , I proceeded to ask her if I could help her and she hung up on me...... (very annoyed)

I see there are MANY unwanted calls from this number when it is Goggled.  Caller ID gets no name associated with this number.

They called my business in west chicago, and get this we a long time ago set up a fake charector on the mailing lists.  The guy was a douche and probably a crook.  I told him i was the owner, said i was probably the waiter.... haha salty douch

asked for owner when told no owner was here, immediately hung up.

When I answered the phone, a woman asked for me by name. I told her I was not here at the time.

She then asked to speak to another owner.

I told her this was an answering service and the owners call in to get their messages.

She sounded disappointed and said okay, then hung up.

Claimed to be Jessica from AmeriBank.  Asked how I was doing today after she interrupted my trying to give my dying mother a drink of water.  I called her *very*bad*words*

this is the 5th or 6th call from this company and when I tried to question the caller she hung up.

Received call today asking for the President by name, when I told her (Kristee at Ameribank) I was an officer and could help her she hung up. Thanks to everyone who reports these calls.

Got another incoming from these guys.  I have the number ID'd on my cell phone as "Solicitor-cc proc" so i think I must have previously researched it to a credit card processor.

Anyway, the guy asked for my late business partner by name (been dead for 5+ years, so i know it's nobody I wanted to talk to at any rate).  I asked if this was about credit card processing and he denied it and then got rude because I was asking questions followed by hanging up.  Going to add him to my blocked list on Verizon.

We got this call today, in the middle of our rush hour here at our office, this lady is from Ameribank or MeryBank, whatever it is...is a card processor offering the lowest rates in the market for Visa, MC and American Express, she was scheduling an appointment at 10 am for one of their salesman to come to our office, I told her we are not interested as we already receive credit cards and checks.

I recently got a call from here, asking for the office manger by name, she has not worked for the company for three years then when I tell them this information they are like ok let me speak to the manager about their finances they are in trouble and we must talk.. I told them no and she started yelling at me and then hung up. she was very rude and if your going to try to sell me something get your facts straight and call for the right employee or at least someone who is still an employee.

This number called me asking for an unknown person. She was loud, rude, and weird. She scared me as she asked me to indentify myself..(?) BLOCK THIS NUMBER AS I JUST DID
