This is a classic bottom feeder, client services who constantly spoofs phone numbers to trick you into answering the call. Mind you, there are no laws that say you have to answer your phone, for now. That could change with a blink of an eye, however. Forget that the mega too big too fail banks, are able to write off the debt and get bailed out,  you and me cannot. Thus, we are forever subject to these types of terroristic tactics, because, YOU dear citizen, are the enemy. Ever wonder why they can continue to get away with this? Look no further than your so called elected officials, because what's good for the goose, is not good for the gander.
