keeps calling , leaves no message

Keeps calling when answer no ones on the line leaves no message.

Keeps calling and no one on the line. When I call back a female voice recording repeats the number you called and then says you have taken too much time to respond but not giving a clue to a menu.

Keeps calling every day 3 or 4 times a day does'nt leave
messages when I pick up the phone no one is there.

This number calls about 3 to 4 times a day. If you actually pick up, no one says anything to you.  Its kinda creepy.  And if you call back no one picks up and there's no name for you to even refer too.  Just don't pick this call up people!!

I finally got sick of seeing this number on my caller id that NEVER leaves a message, so I answered it.  The guy said he was calling from Santana Energy (they supposedly supply Nicor with the natural gas)on behalf of Nicor Gas to inform me that I would be receiving up to a 30% lower gas bill since I was now a "Preferred Customer" (9 of the last 12 bills were paid on time).  He wanted to verify some info, and asked me for the last 4 digits of my social, and needed info off of my Nicor bill.  I didn't want to deal with him, and wanted to call Nicor to see if this was legitimate.  So, I told him I didn't have my bill with me, and to call after 4 pm.  Well, he/they have been calling 3x a day.  I have not called Nicor yet.  Plan to tomorrow now!
