It is a debt collector. They want to get in touch with my boyfriend and since he doesn't pick they called me because I'm on his cellphone plan. They didn't say which company but all she say call Stephanie with a "private business matter" I kept pressing for information and she repeated that over and over so you know that means a debt collector
