Called office number but left no message but stayed on line until I hung up

Has called my office number many times (3 times today, multiple times in the past) and I hear talking in the background but no one says hello.

Called my office number and got the answer maching.. People talking in the background but no one said hello or left a message. Weird.

Called my office number (and then put me on hold music without anyone ever picking up).
