I receive a call from an officer did not give his name just officer. Would not say any thing until I conform my informatioin and I wouldn't.  File a police report on this and complaint on this people.   They can deal with my local police dept.

I receive a call today from  Officer Paul Smith. made threating calls . I called the local police  and file a complaint and report.  The ploice will handle it from here.

Its a scam, I got a call threating with court action yet never received a summons or anything. I live in KY and this is out of NY.

Please don't misguide even I thought it was scam but I had to pay the price for it.

Total scam run by some middle eastern crackpots - they steal information and call with crazy threats  - things that cannot even happen  if the debt was legitmate. Debt is a civil matter - you don't go to jail for it.  There has not been a debtors prison in the US since the Civil War.  Look at the wording of "christophers" post - the grammar and syntax are all wrong - he is one of them.

^ Christopher Simpson is lying, he is in with them...that will never happen.  I was told there was a warrant out for my arrest.  I contacted the FBI who confirmed these people are just a bunch of scammers.

I got a call saying that they were calling from a law firm i denied it thinking it was a scam, but after 3 days  some officers came to my address and picked me up and I had to pay a penalty charge of $1250 before they released me
