This caller called me 8 times in one day and when I pick up I am put on hold to wait for the next representative - meanwhile they try to prompt me to select a number to try to win $$ -( example - press 9 to get a question to become eligible to win $$$$) - if I don't select a number they just keep repeating the prompts - NO ONE ever comes on the line
