Its Spencer Rd Library. Usually they tell you why they are calling but their system is messing up so it only calls. That is also why you don't get the recording saying so.

Its the MO library. They call you when you reserve a book. It is them informing you your book is available.

I have gotten several calls from this number and no one talks. I am getting tired of this.
I have also asked them to stop but it keeps going on and on!

When I traced on the Missouri White Pages it showed it was the St.Peters library.
