Got this call today.  After a machine makes the call and you say hello, a boiler room person answers.  They want to send someone to my home tomorrow to deliver info on "final expenses coverage" (read insurance).  Love to interrogate these predators so I asked where they were located since they mentioned my Illinois county.  They said St. Peters, MO.  After I was difficult with numerous questions, I asked what they had to do with my county and she just hung up.  All the hallmarks of a scam to me.

Call themselves Senior Solutions, no message.  They have called before.

    Call number back..Recorded message will give you a choice to be removed from their call list..Punch #2.

Call received on 4/22/14...  Caller ID:  SeniorSolutions.    This call was intercepted by my Sentry Call-Blocker, and
is now on my Blocked Call list.  so in the event of any additional calls from this number, it will only ring once and stop.

To those who complain that they are "On the Do Not Call List"....please be aware being on the DNC list has no
bearing on stopping these calls, as they are bypassing/ignoring the DNC list to begin with, so they are not likely
to do anything with your request to "remove my number from your list".     Best approach is just not answer.

Got a call from this # at 5:39 p.m. today.  Of course they didn't leave a msg, like they never do.  It's been a while that they have called me, so I'm sure I'll be getting a call from them just about every day, like in the past.

The only final solution for senior is to ignore the unrecognized (spoofed) number.
Do not answer and for good measure block them, not to let phone ring ever again.
This is part of senior moment for everyone.

I really thought no, quit calling was easy to understand in the U.S.A., but apparently I was really wrong.  These people never stop calling.

Mushmouth called asking for me as Mrs ____. I politely took his call, but after he said he was from Senior Solutions, I was immediately suspicious. How did he know my demographics? When he asked if I presently use a wheelchair,  I informed him I am on state and federal do -not -call registries. He kept talking, but eventually offered to put me on their do not call list.  I had told him twice more that I AM on dnc lists, and he should not be marketing to me. He finally gave up. I recently attended a presentation from an insurance company on Medicare supplement policies. Made me wonder if that guy shared my information. I will call him tomorrow.Oddly, mushmouth gave me their number. Of course I only reached a recording,  with no path to speak to anyone. When I googled the name, I found this website. FCC and AG are on my list next. Thanks for the info and this service!

I really think this is a predatory caller, checking to see if they get someone to answer the phone.  When they were told that I was on the 'NO CALL LIST', I got laughed at.  They never did say what they wanted.

I am tired of receiving phone messages from 636 534 2194, senior solutions.  They are annoying and I have
asked to be removed from the list.  I have also contacted  the state of Missouri to report these calls.  I am on the
no call list in Missouri and I don't appreciate these calls.

When someone interrupts your day, several days a week, for months on end, I do not consider them to be "very nice people".  Not knowing how badly we were going to be harassed, I did not keep record of when I first talked to someone from Senior Solutions.  I had been getting calls from them, asking for my husband by his first name, and he was never available.  They would just say that they would call back.  One day, a lady asked if I was his wife and said that she could talk to me, so she asked me about our insurance and then asked if we paid more than $200.00 a month for it.  When I told her we did not, she said that they could not help us in that case.  I then ask her if she could remove us from their call list and she said that she would be happy to and consider it done.  After at least three months, we are still getting calls, several times a week.  My husband has talked to them several times and asked them each time to take us off of their list.  This morning, the caller was extremely rude to him and I simply took the phone from him and hung it up.  If I am near the phone that shows the caller, I simply press talk and the immediartely off, but the phone in our main living area does not have caller ID so that can not always be done.  Point is----we should not have to defend ourselves against these people.
I checked yesterday to see if we are still registered on the national do not call list and we are----since 2003.

For weeks we have been receiving these calls from Senior Solutions.  They always ask for one of us by name.  We have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list and they have told us that they would take care of it but after unknown number of weeks, the latest call came in this morning, Saturday, November 9, 2013 at approximately 10:30 A.M.  We have been on the "No Call List" since 2003, to no avail.

claim senior solutions can save you money on insurance and drug cost, want to send someone out just have medicare cards a-b ready for us to review. i said ok let them waste their time and gas money, will not answer door. They claim not selling just want to save you money yeah whatever, don't believe that.

10-26-2013 @ 11:53 AM, 636-534-2194, SENIORSOLUTIONS = When I answered the phone, a woman started talking about health insurance.  I immediately started pressing the # key to produce a loud, annoying beep until they hung up.  Search of internet shows this outfit located in Chesterfield, Missouri, and they are trying to sell Humana Medicare Plans.  Since I'm not under SS or Medicare, I don't qualify for it anyhow.  I've checked on that before to make sure.  Nothing but a telemarketer scam.  

These guys have no self respect.  Call all the time.  Leave a message sometimes.  Selling health insurance and life insurance.  Trying to rip off seniors, no doubt.  They think we are easy marks.  Don't speak to them and don't press #1 or #2.

THIE CALLER ID SAID SENIOR SOLUTIONS.  THEY DID NOT REPLY TO MY ANSWER.

I'm receiving calls from this number at all hours of the night.  They won't take "NO" for an answer.  I've requested to have my name OFF their list.  We still receive call from the same number.  I think they're using an autodialer which I believe in my state is ILLEGAL to use.

5/23/13 3pm: Same as other entries: I get this call about once a week or so. I brought up this website and called them back & hit option 2. We'll see how it goes....

I received a called from this number, asking for my husband by first name. I asked who they were, they reply by asking who I was. I told them I was the wife . they then ask again for my husband by his first name. I told her that he was not here she hung up. The woman was not very happy with me at all. She was not very nice after the wife answer.

I received a call from this number at 9:40 a.m. on April 29.  As usual, I pressed "Talk" then quickly pressed "End," which cut off the call.   I always do this, anc cut them off, when the number shows unknown.

When I asked the guy why in the world he would call a number on the national do not call registry he told me "you have to sign up every year for the do not call list" which, according to the Federal Trade Commission is pure BS so I filed a complaint...  Oh -- he wanted to talk to me about "helping me qualify for government assistance with the cost of my final wishes".  I told him if he ever called my number again he would find out what my final request was....

They are still out there calling.  I did not answer. They leave no message.

I got a call from this number today, April 11.   Caller ID was showing "Caller Unknown."    I did what I always do when I get a call from an unknown caller, I pressed "Talk," then quickly pressed "End," cutting them off.

I've received the same call from this 1-636-534 2194, they to did not leave any information, but was listed as Seniors Solutions, also I've been receiving calls from 1-800-383-7581 every day about 4 or 5 times a day. I don't answer unsolicited calls either,but thank you for the help with the info you provided.

This company is a telemarketing company selling Insurance. The DO NOT CALL list doesnt matter to these people. They use many numbers and simply think they can do what they want. I am reporting this to the news and to the AG office. I am sure KSDK investigation team would love to hear about it, especially cause i know the producer. Dont talk to these people, they are brutal and very deceptive. Protect your information and go online and report them.

How can it stop if you never answer and ask to be taken off list?  I answered and asked to be removed and have not had a call since.  Very nice people.  And not from India!  I can understand them.

We get calls all the time from this number or others like it.  Once they hang up, it ties up our line until we tell the phone to disconnect.  Senior Solutions?  Also get calls about Diabetic Supplies all the time.  There has got to be a way to stop this stuff

Nowdays humans have no morals.  I think SPAM calls could be to verify an active phone for other spam company's lists or just to see when you are not at home for robbery.  
My brother used to work for American General Finance Company.  He said they will torture millions with spam since they still make money off the few that bite!

We get calls from this number at least once a week.  Most times they hang up as soon as our answering machine picks up, but if I do happen to answer, they always ask for my husband.  I tell them he's not available.  May I take a message, who's calling?  They say Senior Solutions.  I ask if he has an account with them.  They have replied 'yes'.  I know he doesn't.

I have called back to the number and got a recording.  There is an option (Option 2) to be added to their Do Not Call list.  Apparently, it doesn't make any difference as we continue to get calls from them.  I guess I should call the Mo Atty General and find a complaint.

I never let them continue with the call after telling them months ago  I  was not interested in their product. I've asked them not to call again but have received daily calls from them this week.
