This is college bound. You filled something out online and they get your number.

Their name is College Bound, they are a service that matches up potential students with colleges.  The guy actually answered the phone "College Bound, this is [his name] speaking, did you see a missed call from us?"  Call them back and tell them you've already enrolled/owner of the cell phone just died and you called during the funeral/take me off your list.

I got a call at 8:10 AM today from this number. Just did a search and found all these other people that have gotten calls with 646 area codes that are scams.  How do we report this? And to whom?

Whose calling me??? What can I do to stop it?

This number has called my cell several times. The calls stay within the legal call times for business, 8:00a.m.-9:00p.m. I too filled out a job search the other day. I am guessing that is why I get the calls. They won't leave a message. So, I still won't answer.

Called this number back, and they said they were "college bound", the only thing I did before getting these calls was look in job ads in my area. So I think it is associated with job hunting and putting in your phone number.
I told them to take me off their calling list, we will see  !

Called me on a Sunday at 9:12am

This caller called me twice. Once at 2 and another at 2:01. I got another called from the same number except instead of the last 2 digits being 30, it was 29.

It calls me at the oddest times. Plus, this morning, it called me two times in two minutes!
