I have no idea about this msg as I am from Hong Kong.
I do think the website would contains some kind of virus.

I just checked with my provider - this is an invitation to some sort of Premier SMS messages - if you accept the fine print allows them to charge you $2.00 per message.  I was told to Reply: STOP.

My text came at 12:49 am EST.  Same number.  Gotta be some marketing scam if it's this widespread.

I got a test "are you there/" from that number at 11:01pm last night, texted them back this morning to ask Who is was.  nothing back yet.
