WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CC COMPANY?
ALL I WANT TO DO IS EXCHANGE A PURSE AND THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS AND THEIR EMAIL COMES BACK THAT IT IS THE WRON ADDRESS AND THE ADDRESS IS THE ONE THEY GIVE YOU. WHAT DO YOU SUGGEST?

I bought a purse from funky and hot and when i tried to exchange it they won't  contact me back.  There was no dimensions on this purse and it was way to big for me.  Should i threaten them with a attorney and I can turn them in to Better business bureau.  What do u think I should do or am i screwed&

I was informed that i could send my purse i bought back in seven days and did so and it was returned to sender.
The purse was damaged in mail and had a crease across the bottom of the purse and would not  sit up it would just fall down .
I payed insurance and postage to send it back only to have it returned to me.
The phone number just rings till an answering machine picks and i also sent a email only to get a hateful reply back
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

FUNKYANDHOT: The worst experience ever...customer service sucks, totally unprofessional.  still not convinced they are a legitimate company...only way I got them to respond in a semi-professional manner was to threaten to call my CC company and deny charges as potential fraud.  It's worth paying full price to void dealing with these clowns...don't waste your time.  Thanks!
