These call are a nuisance.

The calls I have been getting for over a year now, are from Second Source Funding.I'm in Hollywood Florida. There are different recorded messages, one from a guy "Hi, this is JOHN from second source..... and now a woman.  I called the # and got a voice mail and left a message to stop calls, but they never stop.  They call my office every day at least once.  It is very frustrating, and even though I followed the instructions at the end of the message of how to stop, they know they have a valid phone# and will continue calling forever. The do not call list is a JOKE. THESE are the people that should be prosecuted, but they just keep on with their harrassment with no fear.

So this number and other similar numbers have been calling my office with the same automated message. If you listen to the whole message, they say to press 9 to be removed - which I did. But guess what, you still get calls from them anyways AND when you press 1 to speak to a live person in order to manually take care of the situation, it just hangs up on you. Nice.

called them back and told them to stop, the kid on the other end was immature and didnt care.  i made him recite my number and he said he would take it off the list.  From what i have seen above, i will most likely be getting more calls.

Got a call from 646.312.5210, listened to their schpeel and got a live operator named Steve. He was working on behalf of Second Source Funding and when I asked him to take me off of the list he said "sure". When I asked him who provided the master/central list he hung up on me. I called him back and told him to take me off of the main list and he, said he would roll it back on the list and to expect a lot more calls. I called him back about 5 more times and he finally relented and said he took me off of the list.
I then called Second Source Funding and a real nice guy said he would take me off of the list and told me the earlier experience was "insane" and apologized profusely.
I guess we'll see.

This number 646-312-5210 as well as 646-289-8848 has called 7 times in the last 3 weeks. It's an automated call and if no one is home they don't leave a message. I just answered their call, listened to what the automated speaker said hoping it would connect me to a real person. It did. They say they are a funding company for businesses. Since the phone number they're calling is a residence, I'm not so sure. I told them my phone number was on the 'do not call list' and they were breaking the law. The woman seemed unfazed saying she would remove my phone number. I asked how soon it would go into effect. She said a week. I told her in that length of time I would receive 1 or 2 more calls from them.  She then said it would go into effect in 48 hours.  I don't believe talking to her has done a bit of good.  It's too bad these people can get away with harrassing people and that nothing happens when they call the "do not call" phone numbers and break the law!

CAlling abiout our good credit repeot and we were offers something before I hung up and then called them back and told them to remove our number from their calling list and tha we are register with National DO Not Call

they are a terrorist organization. Their old name was: 'Internet Funding, Inc.' and got sued so they reorganized under the name: 'Affinity Internet, Inc.' Must be hurting for ca$h. lol

They called and hung up when I answered. I connected my vaporizer to the calling device and dialed them back. My super high secret vaporizing machine should have melted their office and their auto dialer. So there should be no more calls!!!!!! Then I woke up... :-(

Received a few calls, usually early evening, with no immediate response when I answered the phone.

This number 646-312-5210 calls me a couple times a week. I don't answer because I don't recognize the name 'Business Payment.' I'm sure they're trying to sell me something, but I'm not interested. When I'm in the market to buy something, I seek it out. I despise being bothered by solicitors.

I got two calls in two weeks from this number, they just call and hang up

I just received a call from this number from a man asking for "the owner of the business". When I told him the owner was not available, he started asking questions about our branches and who owns us etc. I asked him who he was and what the call was regarding and he told me he was from Howell & Associates and it was regarding an important business matter. I refused to give him any more information and then the man called me a "f'in xxxx" and hung up on me.

I will be making a complaint today.

Number has called several times every day in the last month.  Work from home for a Fortune 500 company and calls come in at all sorts of hours.  ARGGH!!  I can't get these people to stop calling me!

They just called me, no one there when I answered-strike one! I called them to have my number removed and some (excuse how I put this) idiot little bubble head that doesn't have a good grasp on the English language, hung up on me--strike two! I called again and talked to a "floor supervisor". I told him I wanted our number removed and without missing a beat, he said "Doesn't your company want any money?"--strike three! He said they were calling businesses to offer a line of credit or something. Finally he said he would "try" to get our number removed, but he couldn't promise anything. Even if I was looking for a line of credit, I sure wouldn't do it through this type of company!

After receiving 20 hang up calls from this number, I called back, it took four phone calls from me before someone would agree to remove us from their call list.  Each time I called the business name changed.  The last person I spoke to said the calls were regarding credit processing.  After I told them that we do not process credit cards they finally agreed to take our number off the list.

Someone keeps calling from this number and hanging up - I received at least 20 calls withing a 5 hour period.

They called my CELL PHONE, but I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

I called back and a message came on, "Thank you for calling Sterling Empire..."

I pressed 1 for customer service, left a message, pressed # and was allowed to make my message "urgent" by pressing 1 again.

I then was allowed to press 0 for the operator.  They took my number and said it would be removed from their call list.
NOTE:  I did this 5 times just to be sure....thanks for the numbers.

They say they are Merchant Services.

'Business Payment Systems' is apparently AKA "Tribul Merchant Services," as of 2007; changing names, but same company; see BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NY for 2nd Source Funding, and Business Payment Systems, both have UNSATISFACTORY ratings

here's another number for those clowns i got this on my caller ID 866-602-0996, i asked for their ext, gave 1496. the old 877# i had been getting calls on apparently wasnt working anymore. If u dial the ext i guess u can give them a piece of your mind.

I called 800-303-7020 as suggested and got a person named "Jason".  I asked him to take us off of their call list.  He seemed to want to get me off the phone quickly and said it would be done.  I asked if he even knew my phone number and he was able to repeat it back to me.  In addition he asked for my name.  I only gave him my last name.  He had a rude & abrupt attitude throughout the call.  We'll see if they actually stop calling.

I too have been getting several calls a week from "Business Payments" for the past month or two The call is a recorded message offering business credit card services. I report EVERY call to the DoNotCall registry and encourage others to do the same. If DoNotCall receives enough complaints, surely they can be stopped.
