they called me 5 min ago... i didn´t answer it- like allway. numbers i don´t know i google first.

Patrick gibson,mark smith, john doe omg im so freak out this people are calling me to tell me that I owed them money and that if I dont pay them there lawyer is going to come and get me along with the police officer will come and arrest me and they have call me at work and my cell phone number they are driving me crazy they are terrible the cops should put a stop to it oh and by the way I have 2 police reports.. And now the detectives are investigating the case....

SCAM !!!!!!!!!! some harry jones is keep calling me along with patrick gibson,max jordan,james anderson, david jackson,and d most stupid persons are ROY COOPER and MARK JOHNSON...........they are scam dont pay them......

This number keeps calling my cell phone and now my work phone saying I have a loan online and owe them.  He called and cursed me out.

MY HUSBAND KEEPS GETTING HARRASSED AT WORK HE ALSO USES THE NAME OFFICER SAM HERNENDAZ. HE IS A FAKE AND A FRAUD TELL HIM YOU REPORTED HIM TO THE POLICE AND HANG UP HE SHOULD STOP CALLING.

I got a call months ago from this person..Nasty and very threatening.  I do owe creditors, but not someone who speaks little english..Yesterday I recieved this call again, this time in my place of employment..They harrassed me and again told me that I will lose my home and anything that I have.  I told them to send me proof that I owe them money.  They tell me that I need to send them $50 for this.  Unreal.  The next time they callled I told them that I work for the state and I will have my lawyer contact them.
When I got home from work there was yet another message on my house phone..That is when my son told me that he found this site online.  I called them back and told them I found them online and they said "google"???? He hung up and I hope that is the end.

They left a voice mail on my cell phone and also left a voice mail at the head office of my employer, stating that I needed to call back or they will have legal action against me and my social security number.  

1.   They cannot leave a message like that on any phone without knowing for sure that the person who it is for is the only one that listens to it.

2.   The call is international call - New Zealand

3.   Heavy accent and hard to understand.

I received the same call/message.  I actually returned their call and told them that I had received a message from them and that I would prefer that they contact my attorney regarding any concern they have with me.  My sister in law happens to be an attorney and she told me to give them her name and number and she would take care of it.  Well, after I told them I was being represented by an attorney I asked for their company name and address.  They told me:

I then gave them her number and then they hung up.  They never even asked for her name!  I tried to verify the address but wasn't able to.  I really do believe it's a scam but will call them back again tomorrow and see what happens when I tell them that their address wasn't verifiable.

This number called my cell phone. Not knowing who it was, I let the voice mail pick it up. They called four times in a row before the voice mail picked up. I listened to the voice mail and it was just dead air. I called it back and they said it was the Dept of Justice. I told them I had the wrong number and they said "how do you know you have the wrong number? what is your name?" I hung up. Very creepy.

This number has called me at least a dozen times now claiming to be US department of investigations telling me I owe a Payday loan from a cash place on line that I have never used before. The claim I will be arrested and put behind bars if I don't settle it. The people callin can barely speak english and claim to be Federal officers investigating. Also if they new in Michigan even if you do have a payday loan you can't be criminaly charged for not paying one. You can only be taken to small claims court and wages garnished ect. They can not arrest you for it. This is a compleat frad!

I keep getting calls from this number as well.  It is always from someone who does not speak plain English and they say that if me or my lawyer does not return their call that they will contact my employer.  How can they get by with this?  They are very rude and pushy and always try to say things to scare me like I am going to jail or I am goin to lose my job.

I continue to get calls from this number as well. They have called a total of 5 times in the last two days. I keep telling them I do not have any money due to the so called company they represent. I ask for proof that I owe anyone money and they refuse to give it to me. They continually yell at me and do not listen to me until I have to hang up.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make these people stop?

I keep getting a call from this number too.  They claim that a law suit has been placed against me.  What's so ironic of all of this, I DON'T OWE ANYONE ANY MONEY!!!!  

Besides a home loan, I have not credit cards, have not borrowed any money or taken out a loan.  

The fella that calls sounds like a computer...lol, and can barely speak English.

My guess is that this is a fraudulent company and really should be reported to higher authority.

Same thing here.. The guy couldn't speak english very well at all. I hung up on him the first time he called and asked who I was figuring he was a telemarketer or something. He called right back and I sent him to voicemail. Left me a 2 min long voicemail telling me he will sue me and call all my references. Not knowing what he was talking about because I as well don't owe anyone any money, I found this. I left him a voicemail not to call me back my dad is looking into for me he is a detective. Hope he finds out something to make this guy stop.

I constantly get phone calls from that number as well... He will call using the name Sean or John Smith... He will say he is from the legal department of investigation, and that it is very important that I get in contact with him... If I don't I will be arrested and my Social Security number will be used against me so that they will garnish my wages or take legal action against me... I first believed him and I was getting freaked out... He always starts out by saying that I have a payday loan with such and such company and I will say with what company? And he will say have you every had a payday loan, and when I say no, he says well is this your SS #? etc... After I screamed at him one day, and told him that my brother in law is a cop, and a good friend is an attorney he quit calling me... Here the past few days he started calling me again... He got one of my friends number and I have no clue as to how he got it, and now he got my work number where I am working now... This guy is really pissing me off!

I am getting a call from this number as well. I am so sick of the scams out there. They are calling over and over again. They have called my number 15 times today. Good to know I am not the only one. I couldn't figure out for the life of me why they were calling me.

I got a called from this guy, he has a very heavy indian ascent and he says his name is john smith. he called me and said my mother owes for a cash payday loan.  I asked for the number he was calling from and he refused to give it to me and I told him that I had already reported him because he called my mom once or twice before and called from a different area code.  he poses as an attorney and detective.  It was hard to understand him as he was talking but now they are harassing me.

They have been calling me too! They are middle eastern or some foreign descent.. its rediculous they say i owe money from a payday loan and they arent even giving me any details. I will not send them and money and if they keep it up they will be the ones needing a lawyer. i owe no loans to any companies. I hope these scammers and fraudsters are caught and brought to justice.

These or should I say this guy is calling me non stop daily stating he is a Detective on one voicemail and on the others that he is a sheriff. The creepiness begins with the god bless sayings if I don't call back and hassling calls over and over again I wish these people from another country would get a real job they really scare me!

Don't pay them. Some company buy's write off accounts from payday and try to collect. Had a guy try to impersonate a lawyer.  Best thing that could happen is go to court, judge would fine them.

This is not a SCAM  at all !! I have taken a loan from this kinda payday loan and i havent paid it back so they drag me to the court and I had to pay nearly 5000 $ to this company .. So whoever had taken a loan pay it back or else its upto u guys .. This is my experience !!!

got a call from a foreign man portraying to be an officer stating that something was going to be filed in the county courthouse.

received a call from this number stating that he was a  sheriff and that there was a warrant issued for my arrest at the court house, that I needed to call him or have my attorney at hand call. called my attorney and she checked at the court house for any warrants out for my arrest and guess what NOTHING!!!! we are reporting this number to the FCC, FBI and local law enforcement. This is a scam....

Just got a call from the same number from a guy with an Indian accent saying we owed for a loan that a friend made. He said if we dont call back it will be taken to the courthouse and we will be sued.
From the comments on this site, I have learned it is just a scam.
