The caller said his name was Officer Scott calling from the Department of Federal Investigation and a lawsuit has been filed against me for nonpayment back to a payday loan.  And if I didnot take care of this matter that papers would be filed in my state or city where I live and that I would go to jail and no one would be able to help me.  This was left on my answer machine.  Also If I didn't call back it would be sent to the court so I need to get in touch with him as soon as possible.  The man had a heavy accent that sounds like he could be from the Middle East, or India.  These scammers need to be stopped.  They are preying on people that are already struggling because of job losses and the economy crisis.
