This is a Big SCAM please dont pay any money to these people.  got a call from them today again this is the 4th call  from people like this all with different numbers it has been going on almost a year now.  they cannot do anything to you.

This number called me four times in the matter of an hour stating that my lawyer or I needed to contact them.  I had no idea why and so I tried to call the number back it rang three times and it disconnected! So I am going to wait for when they call back! it's very hard to understand the person talking who is leaving the voicemails.  I didn't take out a loan or anything so I dint see why they would be calling me

Caller called hotel sales office in Denver. Received a call from gentleman with heavy Indian/Asian accent identified as Jay Acosta with a group RPM. Very hard to understand. Tried to book guestroom on sold out dates and then wanted to book meeting space fo 200-250 people for a date following 4 days later. This phone number came up on caller ID and he gave an email address of ahire_jay@yahoo.com.
Strange caller but wasn't rude, still makes one wonder what he was trying to do.

I've gotten the same calls day after day. They claim that I owe them money for a loan that I never got. Told them not to call anymore but doesn't do a bit of good. Told me that I /lawyer need to call them right away or legal procedures will take place. Then the other day this Alan Morrison claiming to be, threatned my family and myself said that it would not be his fault of the actions that would be brought towards us. Then today said if I didn't call today legal procedures would be brought against my name and SS#. They claim to know where I work, live and bank. Not sure what to do, but would like to not be a little scared. Now when they call I just hang up and that makes him mad, he's called back telling me so.

This is from Cash Central  or another name in the nature, or loan by phone. I get this number all the time. They even use a number starting with 75 or 0000, really? Do you think I will pikcup a phone from a legit place that is starting with these prefix? Even if I did own them money I will never ever pay someone from outside this country. Who to say they wouldn't sell my information to country in Nigera.

Totally bad business practice.

I recieved a call.The person had alot of my information.Told me I owed 363.00 dollars.Said it was collecting for cash express..And they were going to the court house .Payday loans really dont operate on the up and up.Even if were true the court wouldnt bother with it.

I've been having fun with this guy all day. He asked for my sister's number, said he had a condom for her and that he would bang her for me. So I keep talking to the guy... making fun of him.

Internet harassment

People with foreign accent from this number, as well as a number that comes up as a series of zeroes, and want to talk to me about a lawsuit involving my sister. These guys are harassing not only people who took out a payday loan at some point in time, but also their family members (whose numbers are presumably provided by the one who took out a payday loan and gave your info on the application/loan). I've informed them that I will take them to the police, that I'm an attorney and this is fraud, and everything else I could say. It doesn't work. These men continue to call every so often. You'll have to report it to the police or just hang up, because they won't go away.

I recieved phone call after phone call today stating that I or my lawyer needed to call this number back right away. This company is trying to saying that they deposited money in my account and they are taking legal action to get it back and that now I need a lawyer. I told them that there has been no such deposit in my account and that i never applied for a payday loan. Everyone is foreign and extremely hard to understand. They also told me if I wanted to settle this matter that I could fax them my bank account statements to prove that they didn't deposit money. Of course there was no way I was going to do this!!!!! I called my bank to put them on alert and will be calling the better business bureau also.

I have received several calls of the same nature (a guy with heavy accent) recently, sometimes back to back.  So I called them back and left a CLEAR message on their voicemail stating that I knew that this was a scam, and  that if they ever contacted me again, they would be hearing from my attorney and local authorites.   I haven't heard from them since :)

I'm told I took a loan out and then closed my bank account.....at least that what I think he's saying-very heavy accent.
Reporting this incident to the Better business Bureau---this is mpure HARRASMENT

i recived 6 to 10 calls i about a week from 646-389-2735 in 1 week  and i could understand the guy, they  were ststing thet i had a credit card and never pay for so they told me they were a legal deparment so i needed to send a fax with my picrute id an credit card number and i told them to send the info to my home and he said no the he was going to send me an e-mail they did but then i  did not give any info and told them that i was going to call the cops and thy never call  back so dont trust this guys or number is a scam

I recieved 3 or 4 calls from this number within a matter of an hours also.  1 call at my work and the others on ym cell phone.  I could hardly understand the guy speaking,  i tried calling the number back twice and it rings 3 times and goes to a generic voice mail box.  I did take out a couple of payday loans last year, but I have paid them off.   Not sure what this scam is about, bt I am not going to answering any calls from this number.

Foreigner calls cell phone first stating you took out a payday loan last year and closed your account before they could get their money back.  Threaten to send out the sheriffs department to your place of employment to pick you up.  Told them we would have our lawyer call them then they turn around and call the place of employment stating it's a legal matter.  We have gotten so many of these calls over the last 3 weeks.  Three employees have been called.  They know your cell phone, where you work, and what bank you deal with.
