When they call me they stated they was yay loan and I needed to send them $147.00 and my loan would be in my checking account with in 30 minutes. So I send them the funds and still didn't receive my loan.So I am trying to get my fund back and they said the funds was not refund.

They took me for alot more. I called a payday consolidation agency to see their rights and this is when i learned how our info is sold. One older client was scammed for $10000.

I got a couple payday loans last year online and these companies sell your personal information to overseas co. mostly in India. They have called my work and my family and told them I have federal court dates , or have had charges filed against me in my home town and call my phone all the time. I finally googled the last number a few mths ago and found out it was reported on ABC news. They are scam companies. They use generic names like Greg Black,with an india accent. They try to scare you into sending  them money thinking you are going to jail. Ignore the calls.

This is a scam, and they use US Company names as a front, even though they do not work for these companies at all! No legitimate lender will ever require you to deposit or give any money upfront in order to receive a loan. It is illegal for companies doing business by phone in the U.S. to promise you a loan or credit card and ask you to pay for it before they deliver. If you receive this type of phone call, it is best to file a police report with your local precinct to report this case. In addition, you may file a complaint with your Attorney General?s office and the Federal Trade Commission.

Middle eastern company calling to reach a Brian Habbib (sp?)   Very shady calls and I've informed them that I've owned this number for over 2 1/2 years.  Apparently this Habbib character burned them on a loan and they can't understand my english that this number is not the person they're looking for to remove it and quit harassing me (AGAIN, Calling for OVER 2 YEARS).  Or, they're running some form of underground middle-eastern communication with old numbers to their group members and it's pretty clear that this Habbib fella wanted out.  Need to look elsewhere guys as this number will no longer reach your man.  

This just happened to me today and I fell for it and feel like the biggest dumbass in the world. They got all the money I had in my account about $600.

Natalie, They started that with me two years ago. I apparently insulted the man that called me 43 times after he said that I too, was going to jail. He called my boss, and my boss's boss. He called the secretary 100 times in 33 minutes.

Now, he has again found me somehow and I have not applied for a loan in over two years. I have gotten 24 calls in less than 24 hours. It is a scam. When I confront them it gets crazy and there is no let up! Do not speak to them!

I have received 38 calls from these people. I called the federal Trade commission all of you may want to do the same, give them the list of phone #"s you have and any other info maybe they can stop these people.

I KNOW I didn't get a loan with these people. I blocked that number and they called me from (845)2833 also from YMAX landline and also in new York. (I've looked it up on instant check mate) and left me another message saying I needed to call them back and they knew where I lived. I blocked that number too. Then they called me from a different number (517)797-7780 also from YMAX landline. I answered and he told me the same thing again, and if I wanted to pay the loan and it was $98 (Really?) I told him I didn't have a loan and I wasn't paying. He said he was going to make me lose my job, and he knew where I lived. I demanded he tell me where was the loan from, and he said an online loan, but would never give me the name. He asked me again if I was going to pay I said. He said ok good bye and hung up on me. These people need to go to jail! They always say "Good luck" "God Bless you". They sound like they are middle easterns.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have. Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck". Speak VERY broken English. Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent. ie: Officer Mark Reneiecen, Aaron Thompson, Mike Davis, Michael Davis, Shane Harris, Shaun Harris, John Adams, John Rogers, Eric Williams . Threatening jail time, ?a bad situation unfolds?, court fees. Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice." Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?. HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing ACS Inc.  CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam. They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number. Using female ?Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account. So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit". States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now. My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script. "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?" "You know where you work." Complete IDIOTS!!

Has now started sending ridiculous emails to a rarely used gmail account. States to call 408-663-9405 if I don't want to go to jail, but that I'm going to jail because I won't pay. Horrible, broken english. Obviously a botched attempt at a form letter/email. Email address claims to be incorpacs.collection@gmail.

there is a guy his name was Peter Jones he told me that i could get a loan for 10,000 he told he that i had to get a card for 100$ and the money would go into my account they told me that i had to go to western union to get my funds i went to the western union location western union told me that they was no funds in my name from these people so i woke up just this morning i called them back and the guy is telling me that i have to come up with another 250$ to get my fund i think that the people that these people are calling we should all get together and beat the crap out of them and see how it is to get scamed by us

This number  is a scam, offer you loans up to 10,000. Then ask you to buy prepaid card and give them the pin. Once they have the pin the money will be deposit into your account. Then he tell  you they can't get the money in your account. He need 250 to  send the money  by western union. Scam scam scam report to the police. There website is pay day loan America. His name is Marc Hamilton with Asian or Western accent.

Does anyone know who this number belongs too? The phone calls started Tuesday, August, August 20, 2013. They call and you answer they immediately disconnect. They call multiple times a day. Tuesday I recieved 21 calls, Wednesday i recieved 20 calls, yesterday, Thursday I recieved 34 calls.
