Yes, this is indeed a scam number.  I was emailed an approved payment from paypal, the email stated it would release the hold on the payment when they confirmed the tracking of the shipped item.  I called to verify with Paypal and they had no record of any transactions to my account.  I did not ship my item needless to say.

Maybe. Just posted an ad and almost immediately got a call from this number.
