I recieved a call from a 975-943-4486. And the guy with this heavy Indian voice to me that called him back on this 646-328-2040 number he was threatening me to call back or I would get arresting in 72 hours. When I told him I know my rights to stop calling me and harrassing me. Then he called me an,idiot women and he hung up the phone in my face I also told him I was going to called the police and the FBI to get them involve in this scam. All I can say is call the FCC for them and I almost forgot they using another name it's Marcus Harvey.

A Ramon Perez from phone number 646-205-2828 keeps calling my house. Never leaves a message and when I call the number back no one answers. Looked up the number and name best I could for free online and it says it's from 6900 Broadway, West NY, NJ 07093-3325. Also says he's associated with a Ezekiel Perez. Either way I wish he would stop calling.

i recieved several phone calls and messages from this "john Miller" he was very rude threatening me that i was going to jail and i was was going to get picked up from my house in 48 hrs or at my job . he threatened me that he was goin to call my job and fax information to my job regarding that i owe money and what i have done and he will get me fired..... when i asked him for my work # and fax# he did not give me no # he said did i think he was a fool and stupid......at first i did not know what was going on when i stated getting these calls ....it was hard to understand him i wish he would leave me alone and everyone else he is messing with ...he threatend me that i was going to jail and he was going to ruin my christmas the real officials need to get these INDIANS and put them in jail!!!!!

I got the same call today 12/22/11 and he said i was being sued for fraud. Had the last four of my social and my mailing address. Said if I wanted to be sued and taken for all my money than I could fight it in court. LOL

this person has been calling my ouse my cell phone and my office and what is even more scary is that he has the last 4 digits of my social.  Is there anything that can be done about this call.

i received a phone call from someone named officer mike walker. he left a horrible voice message on my phone on monday 12/12/2011. he proceeded to tell me that if i didn't return the call that i would be arrested. i called him back and asked him what the matter was pertaining to and he told me that he would be the one asking questions, not me.  i asked him how he got my number and he was very arrogant and rude with me. he told me he could get any phone number and personal information that he wanted and that there was nothing i could say or prevent him from doing it. i hung up on him. he then proceeded to call back 30 minutes later and tell me that i owed him $475.85 and that it had to be paid by credit card. i told him i didn't have a credit card and he was irrate with me. he then told me i could send it by moneygram. he told me to use a blue collect form, the receiver code is 8803, the account number was my personal phone number, the name of the company to use is CIS INC., the city is Lansdale Pennsylvania. he then put me on hold for about a minute and then came back and said to only send $400.00. that the attorneys agreed on that much and that he also proceeded to tell me he put a lien or something against my social security number and also against my credit score and also he could track where i applied for a job with a background check. he said that as long as the money was sent that he would remove all of those things against me. i didn't send any money but maybe this information given might help the next person that he tries to scam. i gave this number to a friend and he put a trace on it and sent me this website link.

I also recieved a call today at work and on my cell from a call with a heavy accent who said his name was "Officer John Miller" sounded like he was reading from a script and kept screwing up the words.  He also had the last four of my social and told me that there would be someone on my door step or at my place of work to arrest me.  I told me I would be waiting with the local police and my attorney and then he proceeded to say a few not so nice words and I told him what a way for a so called officer for the federal investigating officer to talk and he really got mad.  I told him not to call me again or he would be sorry, and of course he called a few more times.  Our secretary told him that the police were on there way and we were filing harassment charges and he finally stopped calling.  ?Thank you for this website.  We need to put a stop to this.  My bank assured me that they cannot get any money with my authorization and I have alerts on my phone to let me know any banking info.  I filed a complaint with the FCC, Do not call list and the AG of New York.

This guy has called me at work threatening me! His name today is John Miller and when I asked him for his phone number and the address he worked at he sadi he was going to get the cops to come to my door and arrest me. I laughed at him and it only made him more upset! What really bothers me is he called me at my office and had the last four digits of my social security number.

LOL got a call from "Officer  Thomas Miller"  today 12/02/11. Said I am a prime suspect in an investigation and through his heavy accent told me to call him or I would be arrested at my door step. Funny because at the end of his message  he said his name was "Officer Thomas Green". He also had the last four of my soc sec number.Too bad for him I'm in the military and just got back to the USA. Have fun in jail for impersonating an officer.... Hooah. I only wish he would answer his phone so I could give him a piece of my mind.

This same guy has contacted me on today threatening the same thing and his name this time was Thomas Miller. I was getting very aggrevated by him because he had such a strong accent and was very difficult to understand him. Until a friend of mine told me to google this number and I found this blog stating exactly what I had been going through. Thank you I'm glad that this type of service is available to warn people of scams such as this.

I have been receiving threatening calls from this number as well.  They even called on Thanksgiving which was a red flag.  This time his name is "James Miller".  He has been asked multiple times to cease calling my place of business but never complies.  Any suggestions on how to stop these calls?

This Mike Walker called me monday 11/14/11 also stating that he is from a Financial Crime Investigation Company and also had my personal information.  He stated that if I didn't cooperate that the police would come to my home or place of employment.  My best friend ran the number he called from and pulled up the complaint above and contacted me.  I called Mike Walker back and told him that I knew what he was about, that he is a low life scum bag who preys on innocent people.  He continued to threaten me with the police until I hung up on him.  There's a special place for people like him and I don't think they serve ice water!!!

A male with a very heavy accent saying that he is Mike Walker and works for financial crime investigating. It was actually funny but he says that I will be arrested at my job and that there is nothing I can do. The only thing that worries me is that he knew the last four of my social and he new my address. This guy has been doing this scame for the past 2+ years all with different names, Tom Jones, Tom Rodgers, Mike Walker. Also when the police contacted him over the phone, he knows many police terms and jargen but once the words SCAM are said he hangs up.
