If you're not sure of the origin of the message right clic on the unopened amil and select" view message source". You'll be able to read where it's from and read the message without having to open it.

Just received same message saying saw my pic. on Facebook and that I was super cute and is waiting to hear from me as I'm just their type.  It was in my junk folder.  Two messages - one saying their following me on twitter from my Facebook profile.  It's a scam!
