Got the same email only he is from El Paso this time... Beware...& I am reporting to scentsy!

this is scam.  do not do business with this person?

Wants to make a large scentsy order and will not go to my website.  The lady says her name.is mary love andto send the rremainder of the money to sandy in ca.

I just got the same email and i am in Souther Califfornia; the man insists on me giving him my info and declines to send the check to a PO Box, very weird, right? Total scam.... To every Scentsy consultant, beware of these scams!!!!

Yes, I got the same exact e-mail word for word.... but it was sent from a different e-mail/name. Tommydre15@gmail was the e-mail it was sent from! BIG SCAM!! I deleted it right away!!

Yes, received exact same email from Matthew Noonan.  I TOTALLY SMELLED A RAT RIGHT OFF!!  Sent him this reply after a couple of emails back and forth:

I'm sorry to hear your finances have been jammed up, it's been such a long time since you originally placed your order.  Maybe once things clean up you can place your order on my website.  I prefer not to get too personal and prefer to be on the safe side and just handle things the simplest and straight forward way.  Good luck and I hope things work out for you!!  And again, my website is always open for orders 24/7.

I really did mix a perfect blue today. I came home thinking I'd go back to it and clear my head but my center is gone. Night, RUINED.

I got this same e-mail from Tommy Dre.  I wondered if it was fishy, but wasn't 100% sure since he wanted me to wait to place the order until the money cleared.  I got the check (did NOT place any orders) and it was waaaaay over what the amount should be.  My husband said it sounds like money laundering, so we called the company the check is "from" and sure enough it is a HUGE scam.  Thank the Lord I trusted my husband's instincts!  I don't want to do anything illegal.

Thank you for posting this, we got the same EXACT email from this Tommy Dre scam artist. I hate when these   people target small businesses; don't they have anything better to do. Again, thanks for posting this!

Be careful.

My hsuband smelled something right off the bat and I did some investigating too. Funny your emails all reply to what im now going through. Dont these folks have a sense of moral etc... geeze!! I just had the same thing happen.  A male EMT, named Tommy Dre that wanted to send a check via his "Financial Manager".  I knew from the beginning that this was fishy.  He wanted all kinds of information from me that I would not give him also.  The place he said he lived was a rental house so could not verify he lived there.  I said that I wanted him to wire me the money but he wanted to send a check.  Definitely a scam.  Why would anyone place a $500 order through someone and send a check like that.  Weird.

Got a large scentsy order from this man James nas. Will not go to my scentsy website and wants my personal info

I got an email from a guy named Matthew Noonan asking for a very large order. He wanted to send a check and claimed he lived in my area in an apartment building that I found out does not exist. He sent the check through fed-ex and claimed that his "financial manager" wrote my name on the wrong check meant for his travel agent and it is for more money than the order. He then wanted me to wire the extra money to a different place! Definitely a scam! I knew it was funny from the beginning but ive looked it up and this is a classic check scam!

Just received the same email from Lisa Manus.  It is a scam.

I got the same.thing from this guy! Placed a large order with me and I'm in Vegas. His name he gave me was James Nas. This morning I got another order just like his but from a lady Lisa Manus.

Yes! I got this email from a man, placed a large scentsy order thru me and wouldn't do it via my website and wants to send me a check. The number is from new York and I'm in WI and has me sending it to a area near me. I find it very odd...
