same indian accents. same threats 'if you or your attorney do not return my call, the wrath will be upon you'.  i get the same threats too some

My mom got several ca;;s from this number. Anybody knows who it was?

receiving calls from ph # 646 499 6081, threatening me callin friends and has even call my job, foreign accent, told them i had call BBB and that i know you are trying to get my money and i am not sending anything he got irate with me and cursed at me. i said to send me in writing what this is about and he says cant but can send to your attorney, i respond no my rights says if i ask you are to send me somthing in writing and he replied you wanted to resolve out of court and if you dont want your credit to be ruined and i will call your employer, had enough so hung up phone

These are a bunch of Indian nationals trying to defraud the american people of their hard earned money.  Got a call from "Peter White"  the same old script they have used for years....The minute you receive this message I need your or your retained attorney to call the hot line to my division.   Come on.  At least use a different script.  You received this call if you applied for or had a payday loan with a company paid for or not.  These are not attorneys they are fraud and any money pay them you should just consider it thrown in the shredder.  You can Google the script they use and you will find out they have used this on tons of people.  I called them and informed them the second call they placed was to my office which is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  While I am talking to him the guy hangs up and I get a busy signal everytime I call the number now.  Too bad for them.

I just got the same exact voicemail from "Jessica" with a very heavy Indian accent. I've received 2 prior msgs last week both from males & they had the last 4 of my social-What/who in the world are these people. All have strong eastern/Indian type accents.
