I received a call from a person with an accent from a male who says he is an officer . Officer michael. He stated that i have got a loan from cash advance and i did not pay it back and he need to collect the money, and i told him that i did not get a loan from cash advance and he said i need to pay back 418.28, and I told him I did not have that kind of money. He want me to fax him a paper stated that i would pay it back in two payment, but the fax number that he gave me did not work, then he call me again and said to email it to him that he need my signature the email was Patrick Green. He also said he would lock my social security and get me arrested.Then gave me another fax number, but i did not try to used , I was going to the police the next day to see what i could do about it. I am so glad that i found this web site about him, now i know it is a scam.

I received a call from a person with an accent from a male who says he is an officer.. Officer Williams. I asked what was the call concerning and how may I help him. He stated that there has been a suit filed against me and was I aware of this charge? I asked him, where was he calling from he stated, New York I I asked the name of the business, he stated Financial Law Department. I asked for his desk sergents' name, he stated Patrick Green. I asked for his badge number he said 3242. Then he said "shouldnt I be asking you the questions?" At that point I cused him out and told him if he has something to collect he better send a letter to my address and if he called again it will not be nice...

I just received a phone call to my work place from a male with an accent. Who says he's an officer and work for a law office. He says that I'm being sued for 3 counts of felony. I asked him to give me the information of the supposed company that I got a loan from and how much supposedly I got from and he didn't let me talk. When I told him I don't recall getting any money from no Cash Advance Mutual and to stop calling my job, he said he was going to lock my social security number and get me arrested. He kept calling my job and I just hung up on him...

i received a call from man identifying himself as officer williams. said this was federally monitered call, and that local law enforcement office was listening in and that call is being recorded. he said i owe 545 on a payday loan...being charged with soc sec fraud, bad check fraud, and internet fraud.  he did not speak english very well, and told me i had til 530pm 2/17/12 est, to make some arraingement or he will press charges.

I stated no I asked where was he calling from he stated from New York i said ok and whats the business name of the company and he stated Financial Law Department, I said ok and whats the pysical address he said mam i cannot give you that information. I said yes your calling my job harrassing me so where is your location so that I may file a report of harrassment.... he started shouting at me i said if you continue to call my job harrassing me I will contact my attorney and file a lawsuit he still continued to hollar so i hung up the phone....

Caller is male and calling workplace saying he is a lawyer or officer of the law.  He keeps harassing me saying that I owe a debt that I do not owe.  He stated that I will be arrested at my job for this debt.  He also stated a social security number which he thought was mine.
