Thanks so much for the great information.  I don't remember any payday loans, but I smoked a lot of dope in the 70s, drank a lot of Annie Green Spring wine, so dementia is starting to set-in.  But, rather than send these guys any money, can I just send you a couple hundred bucks for your "saving" me?  To avoid any warrants and having to go to jail, I'll just slow down.  Instead of driving the customary 5 to 7 MPH over the posted speed limit,  I'm going to start driving very carefully and 5 to 7 MPH UNDER the posted limit.

I got a call from a "lawyer" saying they were going to charge me for taking out a payday loan back in 2006. The name was Alexzandria White and the law office was Hill, White and Associates out of NY. They are a total fraud - they get real deep by saying you are going to court for felonies and blah blah - tell you they got the debtor on online chat and they say they will take less than owed if you pay now... huge scam. I know it sounds scary when they call but it is all a bust - don't worry and don't give them a dime!!!!!!

.....and this is how the story ends kids. A fraud is exposed. Some victims are duped. Many more are saved. The villain goes on to live his meager existence. Knowing that there are un-caped regular people out there that can reduce his already tiny member in to further insignificance. No balls come into this story. The villain wasn't born with any. We wouldn't want to deal with a handicap issue. That would be politically incorrect.

Since you are here posting about this "experience" you still did not say where this court case is located, court docket number, and other stuff that pertains to lawsuits and felony cases as it is publiced as public records. People want to pay their bills and to those they are entitle to. I believe that without any legal proof that not paying a loan is a felony in good old black and white and that you signed said contract how can people learn from your experience if you do not provide proof that it happen?

But however if in fact you did get a loan over internet and didn't pay it do you think that they are not going to try to collect it? REALLY?
