Had my work call me today when I was out on a job site, telling me a New York Police Officer named Jack Wilson had called my office and was looking for me. Called Jack back right to find he is definitely full of crap and I was going to have to call him back.  He said to call today or I would have police at my house by tomorrow.  Went home checked the internet and sure enough he is a fraud.  I called him right away to see what kind of bs he was gonna feed me.  Apparently 2 of my family members would also be going to jail for some unknown reason.  I am going to lose my job, and my bank account will be frozen.  UNNNNLLLEESSSS i could pay him some money right now.  At that point I told him how stupid he was, and if i ever run into a jack wilson with and Indian accent i was gonna beat him up.

did you ever proceed with the lawsuit? Because iam needing infomation on how to do so, all these Iranian f****rs are all linked together and they are fixing to get it! John Smith, Eric Carter, Jason Anderson, Jack Wilson, David Jones.... cashnet.com was one place they said they were through another was payday loans America. They are usings Magic Jack for there phone systems. If you want numbers just reply i have several and you can also search all there names and find the numbers.

9/7/11 ? I was out of the office during the afternoon. Again, the next morning I had a voice mail from an Indian/Pakistani speaking. I had received several calls & messages from the same person from different phone numbers. This time he again used a different name, this time it was Justin White from another agency (I still have the message saved). The phone number he called from was 646-527-8545  This is a New York State phone # (Albany, Syracuse). He said that I was under investigation for fraud as well as my Social Security Number. I should call him immediately & wished me good luck in court.

On 9/7/11 I received a voice mail at my job from somebody named Justin White (he has a very heavy Indian/Pakistani accent and very hard to understand). He claimed he was from some Investigative Agency and that I and my Social Security Number was under investigation for fraud. He would come to my job with the police and wished me good luck in court. I have received several phonecalls from this same man under different names and offices, and each time from a different phone number. Each time he calls I recognize the voice. The first time he called, he claimed that I took out a loan with Cash Advance Payday for $400.00 (which I didn't) and he had a judgment against me for $1,600.00 and if I didn't pay up immediately he would sue me. Ever since then I have been getting phone calls or he leaves messages at work.

These people called me with a some bull about filing a case with the US financial Crime and Enforcement whatever the heck that is, doesn't exist in that name.  Do not give these people your information they are either using it to get access to personal information or to make you liable for someone else fraudulent debt.  All these calls have been from Indian phone banks.  Scum of the Earth type people.I repeat if they don't have your name do not give it to them.

Jack Wilson; That's a made up name. I work for the Government and any law suit does not get handled over the phone. If anybody was trying to sue someone especially in the united states: this is what we do here. We send out LETTERS to the person warning them of the incident. Then someone who really works in the law agency comes n deliever the letter. My question is this.  Why everytime you call, you have to always transfer me over to your manager so they can tell me more about the information.  And other thing when i called this number back, it is a MAGIC JACK number... meaning this is no real company.... WARNING TO YOU SCAMMERS: WE THE PEOPLE IN THE USA are smarter than what you think.

I just recieved the phone call today. Same MO as the one above, couldn't understand a word he said and the phone kept cutting out strangely. Said I had a lone out from us cashnet and that i was going to be taken to court. I guess I am waiting on a subpoena...LOL

I received one call today too. they guy has an indian accent. Told me I was sued by a company so and so. Then he transfered me to another line for more information about it. He said they were informing me about the issue and something about that they could help me. Before he could continue (i am taking a business law class at college) i told him that by law I should received a letter in the mail if that is the case and that I will wait for it so I could show it to my lawyer.

Bunch of BULLCRAP if you ask me. I called these clowns back- got one person said his name was John Smith, then said his name was David Jones, then said his name was John Wilson. I said well which is it? I asked them several times why they keep calling me finally he said I had a loan with cashnet.com for $2000... NEVER have I ever gotten a loan for that amount and never have I ever had a loan from CASHNET.COM... Put that fool right in his place... Told him to VALIDATE the debt of course he couldnt do that so he hung up on me but not before he called me a "mother f***er" I said how nice of you just remember this call is being recored and Im taking it to my local police station and Im going to sue the hell out of all of you!

I did call cashnet.com and spoke to a representative there.. He had NO RECORD of my information in his system which leads me to believe... ITS A SCAM!

Can't even understand what the heck he's talking about. I end up having to replay so many times on this one msg. so I decided to google up his number and totally shock on this one scam.  go to your phone provider and report his number. it will help blocking the number from calling any one else.

Keep getting calls from a Jack Cooper with law firm claiming I had received money from USCASH OF $350.00. I couldn't understand most of what he said.Last night he said that I got it in April. Today he said May.  He gave me a case #.

SECOND--What "Legal Documentation" are you talking about???? A letter from the DMV is considered "Legal Documentation"  THIRD- You didn't even state why you supposedly had to pay "$5600". You honestly thing people believe you when you start using phrases like "Legal Matter", "Case Against You", "Investigation", "Your Social Security Number"....honestly.

We here in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA know that any "Legal Matter" is first handled by a "LEGAL" letter sent by the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE.  Then, ONE person , not a "Investigation Team" as you so put it, comes and knocks on your door to serve you papers.

We all know you're name is NOT Jack Wilson..It's probably Obama or Patel or whatever other eastern name you guys have. My Name is Jack Wilson and i m from New york. Somebody called me from this number and told me that they are calling from ACS and i had hang up on them considering a scam, but they are professional and after 4 to 5 days an investigation team had came to my doorstep with all the legal documentations, I was shocked about that, after that they had taken me to court house on my hearing date and won the case. I had paid around $5600.00 on the spot to skip away me from the bars. So its an advice to all of you that what they are saying they are also doing that in a legal manner. So follow them to be on a safer side.
