At first, I get a call from (702)-558-5677, which presents 'Opinion Poll' on my caller ID. I activate call rejection against that area code and prefix. Then, I get a call from (646)-558-5677, which also presents 'Opinion Poll' on my caller ID. This means that it is so crystal clear that these are telemarketing hucksters that just want to keep hounding people. They have nothing better to do than intrude into other people's business! They are disgusting! They will NEVER be speaking to me, and I will make it impossible for them to ever reach me, since I have caller ID. I will also be reporting them. These hucksters, scam telemarketers, and fools should GET LOST!

Scam artists tried to enter our home into some sort of giveaway. They provided the option to press the number 3 to be removed from their list.  It was all a recorded message, and the message only starts playing when activated by voice or noise on your end.  Do not fall for their tactics. The call is originating from New York, NY and is coming from a mobile phone.  The phone carrier is Peerless Networks of New York, LLC. They are fraudulent and malicious and need to be brought to justice.

I have reported them to the F.B.I., the FTC, and the FCC.

I got a call from this number today, which is why I looked it up and found this board. I work at home and always answer the phone, "Hello, this is Pete." When it's a telemarketer they inevitably ask, "Is Pete there?" if they have my name in their database. This annoys the hell out of me because I just SAID "This is Pete!!!" It adds to the waste of time. Obviously they are not listening to the person picking up the phone, they just launch into their script. This time I just barked, "WHAT DID I JUST SAY??!!!" The woman laughed and went, "Oh--" and hung up!

These are the "Make money working from home" bozos that got the employer's number off a condom machine in a gas station. Most of them don't last long because no one will talk to them and of course, they never get paid by the condom machine owner.

These companies call and keep track of times you answer the phone and who it is answering the phane, then they pass this on to telemarketing companies so they don't waste their time on making random calls. If possible don't answer the call if you have caller id.

Very rudy obnoxious JERK, wanted to speak to owner, I asked what this was about, he tried another angle, I asked a question back and he yelled and screamed it was for the owner. Put a block on the number....If you have caller ID, just dont answer it or block the number if you can. Government should allow business' to be on DO NOT CALL LIST. You want to know why Small business' arent hiring? It's because our phone lines are tied up by phone solicitors. THIS MUST STOP!!!

I've encountered the same problem multiple times now and being that I run my friends business and he isn't here, we've made a little game from this to talk there ear off as an ignorant business owner. Then when we gain their interest ask them to repeat w/e it was that they said, or just put the phone down and walk away for minute as I've told them I'm looking for my credit card or have another call on the other line. Simply, I just want to waste their time or piss somebody at this faulty-bogus company off. I encourage each of you to call and leave profane messages, it'll feel good once you've wasted some of their time and/or hangup on them several times, but don't stop ! Piss those a***oles off!!

Just got a call from this number as well today! Ask to speak to the owner, I replied that I am the owner and dont reconize this number and what ever you are selling not interested. Take me off your list.  The guy on their end started laughing and thought it was funny!

Got two calls to my business within 15 minutes of each other.  One of them said they were with Crescent processing, 314-627-5503, and the next from Atrium at 646-558-5502.  The  first said they were going to send a package to my business at 2P and want to know if the owner would be there. I asked her how they were going to deliver the package, and she told me her manager was going to be in town and would stop by for 5 minutes.  I said no!

When the second one called, I  told her that I just received a call from them.  She seemed surprised and asked if I had a roll-over line. I said no. I told her to either take me off their list or I would block them.  She told me, quite arrogantly, "That won't work" and hung up.  I have block both of those weasels.

With that attitude, I can't imagine how they think (assuming they think) I would ever buy anything from them.  Be warned, NEVER EVER invite these low-life's to your home or business office.   People like these need to be thrown in jail, for good.

They have been harassing people for more than 2 years now. I get atleast 5 calls a week and no message, and when I answer they just hang up. Is there a way to stop this nuisance?

Someone told me a trick to use with telemarketers who keep calling. When they call, act very interested and you want to hear more but you have another call coming in (someone at the door, are dealing with a customer and will get right back), then come back on and ask "are you still there? I'll just be another moment"  The longer you keep them on the line the better.
Then when you finally get back to them, ask them "Now what is the MOST important thing to a tele-marketer?"

Their time is money and you just spent theirs.  That might get you off the calling list.

Called and I asked the nature of their call and a couple of other things and they got pushy so I hung up.  Happened another time today and I didn't answer and they did not leave a message.

I'm sick of these people calling my phone EVERY DAY between 4-5pm EST. When it started, about a month ago, they wanted to tell me about their products, I let them know I wasn't interested. Next day, another call, tell them to stop calling. Following day, STOP CALLING, from there I just stopped answering. Then, because I am at work when they call, instead of just letting it be a missed call, I pick up and hang up right away. From now on, I'm going to let my coworker practice his Kermit the Frog voice & Indian accents and have a little fun with it.

I got a call from this number and they asked to speak to the owner. I told them I was the owner - they hung up on me.  He didn't even identify himself.  I'm really aggravated with getting these calls.
How can we stop them?  The DO NOT CALL procedure doesn't seem to work.

Have fun w/them. Called from my cell phone and stated I am retuning a call from Melissa (name I made up).  Then just act really retarded and keep talking to them. Told them I did know what the call was about just returning a call.  They said it was about Crescent Merchant services. Me-"Oh, like Crescent rolls, I've eaten those, now those are some good rolls. Them-"No credit card machines".
Me-"Oh yea like the ones you use with those debit cards, I know how to use those things, I have a debit card in my wallet, I can use it at Dilliards, those are neat machines, you know they will take credit cards too but I dont have one of those."  Them-"Sir are you a business" Me-"No maam, but I do have a credit card"   Anyway, you get the idea and it was fun.  You just have to act really excited and a little on the slow side. If everyone who gets a call from them would start calling them back everyday and acting like this they would probably change their number.

This number has called my direct line at the courthouse for 2 days in a row.  Left no message.

Got s call from this number, clearly a bad attempt to hang up before voicemail recorded.  They left no message, just heard talking in the background.

This sales person (male) has persistently called and been utterly rude to everyone who has answered the phone, trying to intimidate us into using the services.  We are required to inquire about who is calling, what company and why they are calling before giving anything to the owner.  When we asked him what was the purpose of the call he rudely asks us if  we are the owners.  Then he smugly says he cannot disclose information to anyone who isn't the owner.  

This is a family business and I am part of the family, so yes I am a part owner.  We don't appreciate his rude tone when he spoke with us.  Personally I am in sales and intimidation rarely works.  Perhaps someone can give him this tip because he doesn't seem to get that if you p****off the gate keeper you don't get to the owner.

Have received several calls from AT 646-558-5502. They always ask for the owner. I am on the DNC registry and have asked to not be called back, but they do.

Got a call from this number and they won't tell me what it is about...but they keep calling me.

They call daily on my business cell. The first time they wanted to sell me credit card terminals. After telling them I was not interested, the hung up. But then they keep calling everyday, and whether I answer or not, no one is on the other end...and they never leave a message. Very  annoying.

This company keeps calling me in violation of my numerous requests to be removed from their call list.  Most of the time they hang up before I can finish my request.  The latest was a guy saying he is calling from Dallas, Texas from Atrium.  They are trying to selling something having to do with merchant services I think.  I am in Dallas and this is not a Dallas area code.  When I told him I have asked numerous times to be removed from the call list, he said "Well I've never talked to you before" and hung up.  Jerk!  I have reported them to Do Not Call violation and will do again today.

I have gotten many calls from other 646 area codes..so would not be surprised if it was the same people calling from different numbers.

I have been called several times from this same number, and each time they call i ask them to put me on there "Do Not Call List"

i just got a call from these rude people. i can't believe they do this to so many people and they are still allowed to function/do this. i just called the number back...then when it says mailbox full i pressed "0" and was transferred to the operator. she transferred me to a manager's extension...a "mike nelson". i left a 1 minute message for him to stop calling me and/or train his employees to NOT hang up on people and actually function as a decent company. i'm sure that won't stop the calls...might make them worse, but i imagine if every person that was called...called back to complain and left 1 minute messages, they might get annoyed enough to do something. who knows

Just so you know I called this number back and it said that the mail box was full "please enter your extention."  So I entered 08 and believe it or not someone answered.  I gave them a piece of my mind and hung up.  I've done this 37 times already.  Lots of fun!  I also asked them to remove me from there call list.  I also turned them in to the FTC.  Even more fun!  So if your tired of this dial extention 08.  Gain back you American Rights!  Step up people and give them some of there own medicine!!!!!!!!  Lots of Fun!

If you can get Google Voice.  They give you a phone number.
I put my business phone on there and it filters out calls thru this number.
It forwards all calls onto your personal phone.  

If you don't like the caller, you add a filter it out and any calls from that number get redirected to "out of service" message.
