Have received multiple calls from this number.  Found out that it is something I took care of a long time ago.  Yet "Office Alan Taylor"  called me today at my work number.  Stated I am committing fraud.  I stated you can not contact me at work as my employer does not allow personal calls.  I hung up.  He called back told me I was rude that I needed to talk to him like a person like I would to my dad.  No a@@h(le is going to say that to me.  I said do not call back and hung up.  He called right back and said he would call a thousand times.  I said I would lose my employment.  He said good.  This is harassment and I plan to seek action.

These phone number keeps calling me.

They called me three times last three days left voice messages saying they were with the federal justice department and his name was Justin Green that there would be a warrant out for my arrest that I owed a payday loan which in my head knew could not be true considering I just paid the loan companty off so when I asked name of loan companty he could not tell me wanted to know what loan companty I just paid him and I would not tell him he got mad and I asked for him to send me the paperwork on it and he still refused to tell me the name of the loan companty red flags started raising in my head. He told me police would come to my door for warrant for my arrest I was almost in tears at first then realized it was a scam started doing research online and reported them to the attorney general office in my state. If anyone gets a phone call claiming to be this man DO NOT take the bait he could not speak very good english had trouble understanding him  the number he called from was 646-571-3386 this is a misrepresenting themselves as with the federal government is illigal I urge anyone to report them. .

I got a call on my cell from 9-1-1 emergency and I answered and it was an idian speaking guy saying his name was an officer from Police Dept of Indiana and that there was an arrest warrent for me and I needed to contact this company to resolve it...and gave me a phone number...so I called and another indian guy answered and said there was three charges against me...and I needed to pay 2285 today or 3712 in three installments starting today...told him allI had was 100 and he told me to give him my credit card number and I told him it was cash and that I could western union it...then he told me I needed to fax him a letter along with it and told me what to write...and that I could western union the money to Christine Lindberg in Elmwood Park, Il...I asked a cop at my work about it and he says it is a huge scam and to report them...

I was soo scared at first, I have been emotional upset about this. Please can someone tell me what I can do to make this stop


I am sick and tired of scammers. There are so many, working together. Here are few to watch out for Patrick Bell, Adam Scott, Alex,Officer Bradking.  Two numbers these people used (305-507-1513 & 416-971-2222). Also, a guy named Eric Thomas as well ( 646-571-3386) From same dept. just a different number.

The most recent one that has called me Officer Rick Williams, he gave me a different number (512-501-4533)
Don't fall for it, they can't take you to jail, like they say. Its a fraud. PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS DO IT. I want to know how do they get your social security number, I dont understand it, I thought that it was supposed to be protected, now I guess anyone can get it..

They all said they were from New York, but one numer belongs to Miami Florida, I think Ohio, so just hang up on them. I have an android app called Mr. Number, it will block private and unknown calls. Don't put up with this crap.

a Jack Watson called me all the same situations as above just they are using a different name same thou they said cash net 500  was aparent comp they were collecting for and if i didnt pay they were issuing a federal warrent and i would be in jail today. i got very upset i was at work they knew my ss # and address and my bank account info l was scared i was really going to jail they demanded i pay it in 2 hours or i was going to jail and then who would take care of my kids i could believe they brought up my kids It was unreal how can they get away with it i went to the local police dept a detective  called jack watson back gave him my name and told him he was a detective mr watson i guessed got scared and hung up ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The man stated he was from the Federal Department of Justice and he had a serious business matter to speak with me about. He gave my social security number and if I didn't return his call someone will come and arrest me at my home or place of employment.

This company I believe deducted $99.95 frommy checking account. My bank has been notified. They keep calling me and threating me.

my husband also keeps getting calls from this number bugging him about paying them money he doesn't owe them any money, they bearly speak any english, & keep treating to put him in jail.. will be contacting a lawyer about it...

These people are calling me saying owe them money from some kind of loan from over the internet. I told them I have never done a loan like that before. He told me his name was Mr. Anderson from the federal Justice. He even told me my SS# and date of birth. then he ask could he kiss me. Sick people!!!!!!!

I just don't understand why these people continue to call back if you say take me to court. Do they think the will eventually wear me down. This is beyond harassment. I just don't understand why they keep calling. When he called and said he was a cop. I said my husband's cop and best believe you will hear from him. He still wanted to sit on the phone and argue. They must be extremely bored.

Yes, I received a call from this phone number.  I couldn't even understand the guy's name, very foreign, and said that he was from the Federal Dept. of Justice. I can tell that it is a scam, but nevertheless, it's very disturbing.  He told me to get an attorney and that if I don't call back immediately, good luck with my life...It's very upsetting and harrassing...Just wanted to share this with you.

I received a call from this people twice, I immediatley the tone of the caller didn't seems as though it was resinating from a ligetimate law enforcement agency.  I advised caller he was on speaker along with the Risk / Complinance representative from my company and the call was being reported.  He immediatle satrting cursing at me as I pushed along to speak to a manger.  He stated hi s manger was F*&*& a woman right now which is lewd and very disrespectful.  I advised I would be filing a compliant with the Justice Dept, Local ad Federal agencies alike.

Frank Smith (Federal Department of Justice) left a message to call for an important matter. Then they me a case#, transferred me to a Justin Green (Chief of investigation). He started talking about a case so I asked him for a phone # to call him back. I called the real Federal Department of Justice reported them for impersonating a federal officer and FBI because they tried to get me to give SS#.

Please do not give these people any of your personal information. It is illegal what they are doing.

i so hate these people they call from 646 571 3386 or 945 076 30. or other numbers.
I even had a lawyer friend of mine tell them that he was my laywer and we needed his address and information to submit legal actiona nd he still would not tell us anything. Same oh read script they always seem to tell. its annoying and every embarassing for these people to call my cell phone and my work phone constantly every day 50 times a day.
They call my job, and 2 people that i listed for a pay day loan application that i ended up canceling.
I have called the fbi, consumer affairs and bbb. Nobody seems to have a solution for how to get this to stop.
I have resorted to making threats back at them.. i even told thedude that i was going to hunt him down and blow up his building.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY TODAY. THE GUY STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE THE COPS AT MY HOUSE WITHIN 2 HOURS AND THAT I WAS GOING TO JAIL FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES. HE STATED THAT I OWN SOME PAYDAY ADVANCE COMPANY. I TOLD THE CALLER, WHEN YOU CALL A CONSUMER YOU NEED TO STATED WHAT COMPANY YOU ARE CALLING FROM AND THAT THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, I TOLD HIM JUST ABOUT EVERY FDCPA RULE HE HAS BROKEN, ADVISED HIM THAT THE MOST COULD BE DONE WAS A SMALL CLAIM AND IF I WAS INDEED GOING TO JAIL FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES, I COULD NOT GET A CALL WARNING ME. THE GENTLEMAN WAS SO UPSET, HE THEN PRETENDED THAT HE WAS CALLING THE POLICE, I TOLD THE GENTLEMAN TO SEND THEM AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS. HE GOT MAD AND HUNG UP.

been receiving calls from person claiming to be aaron thompson from dept. of justice, having information on me concerning payday loan company cashnet usa. there is legal action against me and demands that i make payment or get arrested. number does not register with dept. of justice in areas of new york that i've checked. sent money before, but refuse to be bullied again, that you who have shared your info it has helped me out a lot.

I got a call from this low lying Aaron Thompson identifying himself as a staffer of the Department of Justice demanding that I pay $1,000 for some payday loan that if I don't I will be faced with a bigger lawsuit of up to $10,000.  It was alarming because I do not do pay day loans and he was not able to give me a direct name of the company then he came up with Cash Net USA and would not allow me to speak---he sounded like an Indian guy with a strong accent.  I did not believe him!!  I had a feeling he was a SCAM because he continued to demand that I surrender a Credit Card or Debit Card number. He should be in JAIL!!  He even recommended that I get a pre-paid debit card from Walmart and refused that I send a payment via Western Union or Money Gram. I asked for some documents and told him I would not make any payments without documents should his claim be valid!  He further demanded me to send $1,000 or be faced with a bigger fine.  This low lying body of a human does not belong on US soil and only indicates that we have them operating and trying to feed of innocent victims. I sincerely hope this THIEF be caught and placed in a steel 4x4.

My family and I have being getting harassing calls from this company calling themselves of the Federal Department of Justice for over three months.    Men posing as Federal agents with the phone number 646-571-3386.  These men spoke with an East Indian/ Arabic broken English; the type you hear with call centers that are outsourced overseas to the Middle East.   These men has called me threaten me at work, home, cell phone and my relatives looking for a payment in full or legal action . They quoted my SSN and my family information but would not tell me who I owe and the creditors contact.  Today I spoke to Aaron Thompson and I demanded an address, Tax ID number and creditor information he kept being abusive and demanding of a payment in full. Then I demanded to speak to a Supervisor.   A man named Kevin Peterson got on the line same accent and broken English. He continued the same threats of lawsuit or legal action for non-payment today. Then I could hear someone calling out an address to him all the while he is breathing out threats for non-payment. I told him I needed an address and I would not do business without it. Then he made some stupid remark about being like my father and demanding that I pay this account today.  Then when he saw he was getting nowhere with me he got frustrated and hung up.       The address given was:

I goggled this address but not find the address.   You have predatory lending well you have predatory collectors and scams I believe these thieves targeted either my online loan applications or me past due accounts.  I believe this may be more than a classic scam. American money aboard is dangerous in the wrong hands.

I got a phone call yesterday could not understand half of what the women was saying had to listen to message a dozen times before I figured out the number.  When I called you couldn't understand half of what they said.  I got parts of it telling me that I owed someone from American Cash $7??.00 and that I would be in BIG TROUBLE if I didn't take care of this.  I told them to until I seen proof of what they were talking about I wouldn't do anything.  I also told who ever I was talking to I wanted to talk to someone that could actually speek english and had a phone that worked....

this person said he was from Federal Dept of Justice and that my husband owed money to a online lender "American" something... when asked again who'd he had a loan with he said, Cash Net USA... I again asked the gentleman what was the name of the company and he said Cash Net USA... I told him at first he said "American something".. and he kept on saying Cash Net USA, then said "American Cash Net USA"... i asked him for the account number or phone number for Cash Net USA and he would not give me any information. After telling the gentleman i was gonna report him, he hung up. I then called the number back and gave them a number to reach my husband.. (which was the local police station)... i bet that scared them!
