Not sure how it's a scam or what they get out of it, but same as above-they contacted me to buy something i posted on craigslist, offered more than I was asking for to hold it for him until his "work pattern let him see product."  I called him back and got a Google phone service and then stopped hearing from him.

Had a truck for sale on Craigslist, this person asked me to take a bigger check than what I wanted and then he would let me know when he would pick up the truck...I did not take any more from this person and blocked them.
