Threatening calls (multiple) from foreign speaking person using "American" sounding name.  Sputtering something about me oweing money on a payday loan and needs me or my attorney to call back because police will be serving me a warrant and arresting me, then wishing me good luck if he doesn't hear from me.  He is relentless let alone very rude when i have tried to get more information out of him.  My opinion is if this was a legitimate call that I would be able to get information from him such as company money was owed to.  Although he sounds exactly like someone who called me a couple months back with a different name.  I would think they would give up if they weren't called back.  My home is in foreclosure, i have no lawyer.  This is very frightening.

Yes I recieved the same message from a foreign sounding man that has an american name...he also stated that something was sent to my email from a company called AACA. I am not sending them any money and really think it is a scam...if not contact me I will get a lawyer and fight this rediculous fee they are talking about

Exactly the same type of call i received at my place of employment, ver batem!  I have no idea who this person is or what company he is representing.  I also received the same type call several months ago from the same sounding voice.  Even scarier is that he has the last four digits of my social security number.

I also got this same call saying that if i dont agree to pay .He  would get me fired from my job.this is really scary and i dont know what to do...can someone plz help me.

got a call saying they needed me to pass the msg to a friend that about a law suit they were involved in.  lot's of vague info, name of doug green, thick foreign accent.  said they did not want to involve me, for me to have friend contact them to avoid more trouble.

I got a call from LLC Law firm stating that I owed them $5,484.87 from a cash advance that I took. They told me that I was going to be taken to court for fraud and theift and that I would lose my job. They called my old employer telling them of this all. I asked them when my court date was they couldn't tell me just keep telling me that I need to pay this amount. They knew my email address, date of birth, my bank account numbers, and where I lived and who I lived with. I told them I never took a cash advanace in my life and that I wasn't going to pay it. They contiune to leave threating voice mails for me to call them back. Called them back once and hung up on them. They number they gave to call was 646-626-6113  his name was Charles Green and Alex Warren.

yes a man named alex warner called from this no said he was with a company named LLC LAW OFFICE said i had a company going to serve my papers the next morning if we didnt come to a settlement wanted to know if i had a lawyer to repersent me i said no but after he said it was from a company i know i didnt get a payday loan from i looked it up on the computer seen that it was a asister company to a loan that was involed  with my bankruptcy. the company sold it to a third party and the company he said he was sueing me was not true i called the company and they are going to report him.does anyone have that address my lawyer is going to serve him and bring him into bankruptcy court but we have no address he called my job and told them that if i didnt call him he would garnish my paychecks please if anyone has any imformation on this guy please tell me.

received a phone voice mail saying it was a time-sensitive matter and needed to hear from me or my attorney for an outstanding debt and that the police would be serving me a warrant tonight or tomorrow.  he identified himself as allen johanson, but had a thick foreign accent.  A very threatening and scary call.  Has anyone dealt with this place, left no business name.
