Just got off the phone with 3 different indian accented people who said that they are from the United States Department of Justice.  They said that I have a 3 charges against me for a payday loan that I never paid.  Now I have done the pdl thing and I have paid all these people off...When I asked for written proof of who they are and what I owe, they say that they cannot send me any paperwork because said company had already sent me over 32 emails concerning this matter.  Since the email they have on their file is my main one I looked over it and there is nothing from this company.  When I asked the supervisor for paperwork, ANYTHING he kept saying that he couldn't because the company had already done their job.  When I asked him why he, who worked for the United States Department of Justice, couldn't send me any paperwork, he couldn't tell me.  He is supposed to be sending me a fax but in the 5 minutes that I have been sitting in my office, my fax machine has not spit anything out...
How do I get rid of them since they call me at work?!  Anyone, please help!

I have the same experience too. They call me and ask me to pass the message to a friend of mine (how do they know my name and my friend's????). They said they are calling from US justice deprt., blah blah blah. They are total scam from the tune. Why justice dept. Call to a person and ask to pass the message? I block the block from my phone now.

got a call saying i am being sued for a payday loan that doesnt exist i have my banks statement to prove it.. and they have all my personal and banking information. the person is really rude and hard to understand. i did a trace on the phone number and its located in new york. person would not tell me what the companies name is.

This company told me last year that i qualify for a loan of 5000.00 and that all i have to do is send them 800.00 by western union to a guy in Canada and i had to do it quick collect and now they are calling my job telling me that i have to pay them back the person name calling me is Kevin Johnson put he sound Indian no way that an Indian person will have a name of Kevin Johnson.......they got f.........;balls an din top of that they are telling me that they need my supervisor and they will get me firedddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd

A person from this number told me I was being sued by Cash Partners of America for $5,000.00. and that he was calling  Social Security and that he was going to call the police and have me arrested. When I asked him what month Cash Partners of America is saying I took the loan out, the simply said they didn't have that infomation.
Now what law firm doesnt have all the infomation? The fake kind.

I.got that same call i was upset at first but then i looked up the number and found out that it was fraud so when they called back i told them Jesus paid ir all.

I just received the same call. They are threatening to send someone to my home and to have cops arrest me. I don't have any association with this company and I told them that until they call me from the US and send me something in writting, I will have no further dealings with their company.

i receive a call today about i owe a payday loan and i have to pay$1094.00 dollars or else they will come and arrest me monday they say if i dont pay i will  have to pay the court $5000.00 and these people had an indian accent i am so fed up of these people calling my work place and cell phone.
