I got a call from this number around 11am, Tues May 13. I did not answer and they did not leave a message, which legitimate callers usually do.

I got the same scam from Data Recovery Systems. I told them to send me paper work on it or an e-mail. Never got any of it. Yeah, like I'm that stupid to give information over the phone. What I really would like to know is how they got the last four numbers of my SS? Maybe they got it off Target when they got hit.

Sez' they're Data Recovery Systems and the 'girl' (like maybe 18 yrs old) is aggressive (reading off a piece of paper?) represents Verizon and I owe 700 dollars. Problem is I do not have version for 'anything'. This is a scam and when I said send a subpoena if I truly owe she got tongue tied and asked if my lawyer would pay the bill (WTF???) I hung up, they did not call back. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Reported to the FTC
