Got a call from this number, said his name is Jose Sanders and is working for the Kings (Brooklyn) County DA'a office, needs money from me ASAP or is going to charge me criminally! Its a FRAUD!

They are scam artist and they keep harrasing me at work.  I said you are not even in the usa and he said so you think I am a scam artist and I said yes.

This guy called me and said his name was Kevin Lloyd with "the financial dept." -no company name. Told me a friend of mine used my financial information to defraud them and they can't reach my friend but I should call him back to get "out of this legal mess".....scam for sure!! Probably just pulled a name off my Facebook friends list or something....just because they know your name and a friend of yours does not make them legit!!!

they called my job saying something happened to a family member, and had them call me and left a number

Me too, have been on the phone several times with different people with different numbers all saying the same thing, paul white, dwight johnson, shawn gibson, 760-563-4064, 646-289-8380, 516-515-6564, and several others, have even had them mask their number to show up as my work number so i would pick up.  All say I owe a payday loan, which i know I do not.  Do not confirm any info over the phone.

Same thing happened to me. Received numerous calls from this number telling me that a friend of mine wad trying to use my information to obtain a loan. Told them to stop or I would press charges. Just received another call this morning and I have now contacted the police. DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE. Call the police and report the incident immediately.

Got a call saying same as above.  Someone used my identity to get a loan and I need to tell this person to call them or else I will get in trouble.  Kept putting me on hold to some crazy music.  People had very heavy accent and I couldn't really understand them.  Not sure how they got my info.  Sounds like a scam.

Yesterday I got a call from them stating that a friend of mine stole my identity.  That I should contact the friend and tell her she's getting sued.  It threw me into a panic. I confronted my friend.  Needless to say, these PEOPLE SOUND LIKE SCAMMERS!!! DON'T, AND I DIDN'T, GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE, INTERNET, MAIL, ANYTHING!!!
