Hi I've been getting phone calls from this number since 1/2012 and now they just started calling my job.   I have received on more than one occasion a very threatening calls from Indian accent by the name of David Smith, Jack McCoy & Jack Austin with my SS# and bank information saying I owed money.   Each time I tell them I'm recording this and then I filing a complaint with the FBI again and then I get a break for a little while.  Why cant we get this to stop.  This just another form of terrorism.

recently got a call from both officer jacob & officer marc adams. Both were of indian ethnic background saying I have to give them money or I will be arrested. Basically I told them if the phone calls don't stop a.s.ap. I will track them down & shove their head so far up their a__ they would need a surgeon to remove it. The last phone call was on 8-25-2011. Hey, everyone,, I'm not a racist or cheat but these useless bast____s can go f___k themselves...Don't give in to them & be aggressive...it works!!!!!  Bunch of a-holes can go back to india or whatever hole they crawled out of..

I have had two people with indian accents using American names harrassing me saying they are from Central Investigation & Litigation calling from (646) 434-9909 and (646) 918-8460. Their names are Jacob Martin & John O'Brian trying to get me to pay $650 to them or else I will go to jail. They have been calling my office for the past two days non-stop. They have cursed out my Manager, Supervisor and head of Department. I called the loan company I have the outstanding amount and confirm whether these people calling and harrassing me were hired by them. They confirmed that the harrassing company was not hired by them, they have had numerous calls from clients complaining about the harrassment. They advised that the FBI has been trying to find this "Company" robbing and harrassing people. They also advised me to call the police and place a report and contact the FTC and place a report.

NYPD came and spoke to them... as they called 20 times in the 15 minutes the police was in my office. I placed a report. NYPD gave me their information and told me to call them if the calls proceed after today.

They are still calling and laughing... saying they don't care if I call the police.. they will call until I loose my job and harass me until they get the money. They also made me aware that they know where I live and they have my social security number.

Good Luck ya'll... these idiots took up my entire work day! Grrrrr! Don't give in and don't give up and most important DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY... IT'S A FRAUD AND THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED!!!

same thing happened to me today. He left me a message called him back start talking to me saying that he filed a legal matters against me and he will send a police officer to arrest me if I don't pay $300 plus $350 attorneys fees(which I don't owe) he will get me killed and my family. When I asked when did he send me or deposited the $300 to my account said sometime this year. When I asked him if he can email me some proof or fax it to me said there's nothing to fax/email and he keeps saying the police is coming to arrest. When he told me that he is going to get me killed and my family I called the sheriff dept right away, called the IRS, SSA, DMV, BANK and the CREDIT BUREAU right away and they put an alert to my SS #. They said I did the right thing. NOTE: try calling his number no answer not even a one ring. I think he got so scared when I told him that the sheriff dept is calling the sheriff dept in New York city.

They calls my job like 5 times a day threatening to call the police on me and they said that I owe them money and if I did not pay them he was going to keep on calling my job. They claim to be a debt collector and I called an attorney and they looked up the number to see that they are scammers trying to get your personal information.

Indian Man asking for employees saying he is a police officer.  My manager and I called back and confronted him asking to speak to a supervisor and he answered by flinging out the F word.  What a Coward!!

thank you officer because my daughter got a phone call from this say she would spent up to 8 year in jail she call and she would take her life before spent 8 years in prison. so being her mother just think how hurt I am. So now they are calling my phone because I call them and told them not call her phone anymore. so now I know what to do thank you so much.

This number called me and my father regaurding me and called my best friends house saying that i took out a payday loan which i cant because i am making payments on my car and cant get a title loan the threaten me and my father and my family they have all my bank information and threaten to repo my car which he has no right to do and threathen to send the cops which is been a few days not and nothing then threaten to come to my work , which i would like to see , my bosses husband how is a laywer called them for me and they stopped these people who non speak english are probably terrist trying to get money what evil people.

this number has called my cell my home and my work number claiming i owe money and being sued.since i know i dont have any outstanding debts i looked it up and found numerous complaints.so when they called back i told them and they became very angry and started curssing.

Hi, I have received a very threatening call from 281-661-4130.  Indian accent with my SS# and bank information saying I owed money.  I spoke back to them and told them I was calling the police department as I have their number - they wanted me to go to Western Union and once I got there they would instruct me what to do - They would then wire me a loan in the amount of $1,100.00 in 3 days.  I'm sure I had to send them money first - I then called back and told them I was an attorney and I wanted them to fax me information to clear this up - They were upset and started threatening me even further with arrest and more fees - Is this a joke?  Oh, and since I was a senior citizen I would be charged only $150 instead of $250 - They advised they would not do anything once I let them know that I was on to them and was reporting it - He said his name was John.  I told him he would be arrested and they laughed and hungup.  They are criminals.  I have not gotten another call.  I am in San Antonio Texas - Please tell me what to do

I am a police officer in Texas. I am currently doing a criminal offense report on this phone number. If this number calls you, answer and tell them to STOP calling you and that he is harassing, annoying, alarming, or abusive (witch ever applies) by calling you. Check you states laws in regards to harassment and if he continues to call you. Call your local police department and file telephone harassment report. I researched the phone number and it is based out of New York. The telephone company that provides the service to 646-918-8460 is RNK Communications, Inc. (888-642-9831). The police department can subpoena the subscriber information from RNK Communications by faxing the subpoena to their legal dept. at 781-297-2091. The police department then can find out who is making these harassing phone calls and issue a warrant for their arrest. I hope this helps everybody.

Someone has been calling my work repeatedly and leaving the number 646-918-8460, said its urgent I call about my SSN?  I don't know who they are, but wish they would stop calling my work!  :(

This man has called my employer repeatedly today, he actually threatened my manager with bodily injury, as well as blowing up my place of business. I work for a government agency and once our law enforcement was involved he quit calling my work and started calling me again.  I spoke to the company he said he was collecting for and they said it is a scammer and that telling him homeland security had been contacted he would quit calling.  I also plan to not answer any calls from his number, and not do any further business with the company he got my information from.. their site can't be secure if he got my info!!

They called my job over 30 times and yelled at my boss and also told me that if I did not pay them right then that they were going to send a policwe officer to arrest me.

I have been receiving many calls at my place of business non stop.  Indian man by the name of Howard Lucas asking for an employee.  He says he's from the legal department but does not have a company name.  I asked for his supervisor and he hung up.  He tells me that I will go to jail and be fired if I do not have the employee to call him back.  I laughed and that made him even more upset!  Good!

This man has been calling the business I work at for over a week continuously.  He is an indian sounding man who is extremely innapropriate and very vulgar.  Trying to get an employees information saying that she is involved in a fraud lawsuit and she owes them money.  We have called the police and are trying to have the calls blocked but it is quite disturbing!!

India speaking man call me on my job and cell yelling and threating I will go to jail if I do not pay a bill I do not own.  Calls repeatly after being told not to call my place of employment. Has used several name Haywrd Lucas is just one.

dude called me 4 times in less than 24 hrs could not understand a word he said all i got was i have a legal issue and im going to lose my job. called them and it was about a loan that i never recieved told the guy to leave me alone and im not paying anything. he told me i had a debt wit chase i dont even have a bank account. huge scam. and i dnt like that they know the last 4 of my social and where i live

I received threathing phone calls from this indian sounding man all day. He stated his name is Brain Otoole.  Mr. Otoole said I owe this company money and we want you to pay asap or we will take you to court. He said please verify your ss number and bank information..... Don't Do It!!!!!!!!!

Recieved a call over and over and this man was yelling. I am so upset and this has to stop. This man is calling me right now. THIS IS NOT REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from these people at work. Said it had something to do with fraud and the man just kept yelling and yelling and yelling.

This Arabian man keeps harassing me saying he is investigating me because he claims I owe his company $5000. He doesn't mention the name of the company or where his location is. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he gives me different names and phone numbers each time. He asked me to fax him a paper stating that I owe him money with my social # and signature. As if I was stupid to do so!

Same problem that others have mentioned. If they get your bank account, they will empty it.

Received numerous calls from Indian sounding male, same stuff over and over - Threatening, wanting ssn, will send Police, They are trying to get into bank accounts and if they get that information, usually telling you you have asked for a credit card but they need more info; (even if you haven'ct) they will continually try to take money from your acount. CHANGE your account number and all passwords linked to any banking or online credit cards.  DO NOT confirm your ssn, and definitely DO NOT SHARE ANY BANKING INFO.  They have worked around our phone systems as you know, you can not get back in touch with them.  Without having a physical address or phone number, you get nowhere.  If more people speak up we could put these a**les out of business.  Good Lord what is this world coming to with all the thieves!??

I received a call from this number this morning, but it came in as 911 Urgent message.  The caller said his name was Chris Martin and he is with the Legal Department and that if I don't call back right away there will be legal consequences at my home and at my place of business.  These calls are daily from different names.  I don't owe any money, and I tried to tell them that but they keep saying I am in a lot of trouble and that my social security number is in trouble.  They have my socail security number.  I am not going to let them scare me.  They claim they will take me to court.  Good - I would like to speak to a judge and let them know how they are harassing me at work.

Have received three calls from this number so far.  All treating.  Uses name Victor Thompson, says he is a law enforcement officer.  Have called NYC police department using badge number he gave.  Badge is legal but name is not.  He also has heavy accent and can barely speak English.
