In case you are wondering why you get a voice mail when you call this number now, its because I kept calling them back asking for a FAX number. Every time I do, he says we dont need any documents from you. We will file against you. I told him not to call my home, work, cell and anything he needed to send me, do it through USPS. I then told him all our calls are being recorded. He hung up. I called back several times, and continued asking for a FAX number. He then turned on the recorder. I called several more times...all times of the day, and VM is still on. I called once about two weeks ago, and got a person...I asked for a FAX number and the VM has been on ever since. I will continue to call at intervals, and ask for a FAX machine #. Thats one way to keep one of their numbers down. I harrass them.

They called me as well, I could barley understand them, they did not have a clue. They said if i did not return there call, well then best of luck to me. who, says something like that. If they call again I am going to let them know how its going to be.

Got a voice mail from a RICHARD SMITH (with a heavy accent), spoke to WILLIAM MILLER (similar accent) when I called this number back.  Was told that there were serious legal allegations against my name, totaling $5000, lawsuit would be downloaded in the system tomorrow in my state and that someone would be coming to my place of employment at 9:00am.  I would not confirm any personal info for him and he insisted that he had to confirm that he was talking to the right person before disclosing personal info, but he read his script anyway.  He claimed to be calling from the Legal and General Group, asked him where located, he said NY, which matches this area code, but he had to call me right back because our connection was not a clear connection, the number he called me back from has a CA area code???  He could not tell me the amount of my supposed loan or the date that it was supposedly deposited into my account, said he couldn't fax me anything because the charges hadn't been officially filed yet.  He had no number for Advance America Cash Advance, the payday loan company that he claims deposited money into my account and that I defaulted when my payment by EFT was declined.  I told him that I would find a number for this company and call them to inquire why they were claiming to have deposited funds into my bank account in 2010, he coulndt say what exact day and wished me a blessed day and good luck, just as WALKER, SMITH , OR MILLER  wished me on my voice mail.

I had the same number call me and said the same thing best luck to me he said I owed a loan that I had never opened and it is a lawyer saying he is going to sue me I owe 5000.00. I dont know what to do it is kinda scary.

Keep getting calls from Chris Jones saying i owe money.  Called my work, called my mother and called my cell.  Asked for faxed proof. He hung up and then called back with a threat and a technical problem.  Switched me to a "lawyer" and I asked for his license number and got hung up on again. What Schisters!!!!!

These people are calling and are from the Middle East and the United Kingdom,, They try to say that they are a legal representative of a law firm or something. Usually if you owe money from a payday loan or something and have not paid it then these people are who is calling.

I keep getting the same calls except his name is mark lewis heavy accent saying that if i dont give him my attorneys name and number that charges were gonna be brought against me and i have never been in trouble in my life

Sounds like same person calling me, using different names and leaving same and different phone numbers!  I have looked up the different phone numbers online and it's an id theft scam.  The one time I talked with them they wanted to get money out of me, without identifying or giving any info other than they had last 4 digits of ss# which they said on voicemail. I have paid off payday loans and no longer have a job.

We are employers and received an "urgent" message for an employee to call "immediately" or he would be arrested tomorrow if he did not do so.
We returned the phone call ourselves and got the same "scare"  messages used above.
So many scams  going around and the fact they had a foreign accent got my attention real quick!
This guys name was David Jones.  Must be a lot of Jones with this "fake" firm.

I got a message yestrday and there was also one left for me at my job. He said his name was "kevin Williams" said that the only thing he can do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds, and may God Bless me. Are you serious?????
I called him back bc he kept calling me and left a message on my supervisor's line at work! and BTW today his name was "Justin"
said my court case was being executed tomorrow 5/19 at 11am and I was going to be arrested. The charges included, money laundering, theft, check fraud among other things. he was nasty and rude. I hung up on him he then called my phone 4 times within 2 minutes. I changed my bank account info and my cell phone number. He has everything my ss# my bank info, my employer info...it was scary to say the very least. Went to file a police report and they told me that there was nothing they could do and anyone can call anyone and say anything. As long as he didn't threaten to hurt or kill me!!!!!!! I am so frustrateed!!!!

Rec'd a call today 5/16/11 as a matter of fact I recieved 4 telephone calls back to back. Same scenario. Every other week they call. I ask them for details and they never give me a straight answer. The told me that I had a loan with Cash Advance out of NC. I told them no I don't. They he continued to say he would transfer me to the company that I supposedly recieved the loan from. He puts me through to another person with a heavy Indian accent but of course with an american name. Go figure. This man gives me a totally different amount and then tries to clear it up. First he says you owe 425.00 then its 210.00. First the funds were deposited into my account 3-4 months ago they don't have an exact date, then with the second guy it was in 2010. The first guy tries to clear it up buy saying no the loan was taken out in February of 2010. Get the F**K outta here! I don't have time for this crap. They threatened to have me arrested at my place of employment and everything. My bank records show nothing of the sort from any company under the alleged name. They are obviously calling from a call center. You can here the others in the background. total scam I'm sure.

i am getting one from an eric jones , a derek jones! I haven't done a payday loan in over a year! They are trying to scare you into paying more than you owe. DON't PAY THEM.

I have received several calls from this number. Sounds like asian or philapino individuuals saying they are a law firm in NY. They have called my job as well. They say that I need to repay a loan, and if I dont they have no choice but to wish me good luck in the coincidences coming my way. They told me I would be served papers the next day from a court house cause charges were being filed against me. I have yet to receive those papers. I asked for their Fax # several times through out the conversation to fax them a letter stating I do not wish to be contacted by phone at my home, job or cell or any other method except by USPS. They said they do not have to give me their Fax # cause they dont want any documents from me. I also told them I was recording their calls and would file charges of harrassment...they were calling me about 10 a day within hours of each other. They werre calling my job like 5 times as well. I told them that I would turn all tapes over to the police if they continued to harrass me. My job records all calls, so wouldnt be to difficult to do. I am still not sure how they get your name, number and information, or fully what they are talking about. The person calling me identified himself as Eric Jones, attorney....sure, lol.

Oh yeah he was one of the first when these damn calls started....I reported "Kevin Williams" to the FTC cause he really pissed me off.  Its like once I get rid of one, then another one starts...

OMG!!!  Ok, that's that b*****ds name!!!  I've been here in a panic like can this really happen.  He sure nuff wished me luck and god bless, he couldn't tell me what criminal case I'm being served for, supposedly some Criminal Legal Dept., and after I told him I have a debt lawyer he said I need a criminal lawyer, I have been ignoring these phone calls and actually changed my cell number, but this recent one keeps calling my job only because I spoke to some other idiot punjab last week from a different number who claimed the same thing, next thing I get calls from this number now, the only reason why I called them was because they keep calling my job.  So this supposedly Kevin Miller said I will be served criminal papers tomorrow and a copy will be given to my employer....this is crazy and its really frustrating me and there's nothing I can do!!  I know once they go away some other punjab is gonna freakin call my job...

I looked up the supposedly company that i had a loan out on and they told me that i have never received a loan from them i can give u a phone number to the federal trade commission its 877-382-4357

i got the same phone call yesterday telling me that he was kevin miller and he wished me luck...and if i didnt call him back he said:

ok so I've been getting a lot of phone calls from this number and I did call them back today, yep indian accent, William Miller or something and said he has papers against me, criminal mind you, couldn't specify what for, the funny thing is that they didn't ask for money just where to send the papers to, and that I need a criminal lawyer...I really couldn't understand what this guy was saying, so he said the criminal dept will be at my job tomorrow to serve me papers and take me to court and make sure I have $5,000 ...WTF!!!  I don't get it, he couldn't tell me what I'm being taken to court for, just by some criminal legal dept....can they do this!!!

I was notified today that I have defalted on my loan and this "Broadway Global Master" were going to have me arrested in the morning and sue me for $5000.00 for missing a payment.  I'm 8 &1/2 months pregnant I don't need this stress and I'm the sole support for my family.  The gentleman, with an Indian accent, demanded that I give them a credit card number, fax an appolgy with a photo ID to them within 15 minutes.  I told them I was 2 hours from my house and could not fax the information right away because I was stuck in traffic.  Then he proceeded to contacted me 3 times while I was driving demanding to know when he could expect this information.  I thought I was clear when I said I would be home in two hours.

This is the second time I have heard from these jack***es. When they call, tell them to eat s*** and leave you alone. They stopped calling after I said that.

I received the same call today at my work. This isn't the first time they attempted to threaten me. I have ignored them. It's a total scam.
