Been getting these calls in the middle of the night on my business' 800 line. Have a call into AT&T and see what can be done to block calls.

yes I have received monthly phone calls from a Stephen  Johnson from American Law Enforcement and now daily. once a day on my regular phone and 15 to 20 times a day on my cell phone. on my regular phone it comes up NWYRCZN, new York. I do not know what the letter  mean. The guys is stating he is an attorney Steven Johnson and  I owe 750.00 for a payday loan and I will be arrested if I do not pay immediately.  Then I get a  911 call from a local sheriffs office. After calling the 911 I found out it was a fake call but I had been scared  thinking I better have an attorney. the number is 646 657 3658. I cannot find an address in New York for that listing. Apparently I will be arrested Monday morning. Thank you for listening.

Numerous early morning calls from several numbers all listed on my phone bill to NWYRCYZN.  I am trying to block these calls but they keep calling on a new number.  Here is my list of incoming calls under this company/scammer. 347-559-7186, 646-536-9382,646-375-7619, 347-299-4137,646-450-6182, 347-815-9927, 347-603-1102,

scam artist all they want is money dont send any thing they can give me a tax id number when i ask for it

I got a call from this number and he siad his name was David Cooper, Officer. He stated that I had 3 complaints against me and my S.S. number. He than asked if I had "any knowings" about them. I said I had no idea what he was takling about. He told me a case number, 73169GM593. He said he was going to read the affidavits. I asked if the paperwork was goin to be sent to my address. He stated that it was not possible. I told him that I would be calling my local law enforcement and hung up the phone. I called the sheriff?s office and they confirmed that it was a  fraudulent call and to no longer accept his phone calls.   If you feel something is not right about any situation that happens to you, CALL OR GO ON LINE. Find info on the person/s name/s and/or phone number, ANY info you have and you will always get an answer.

I got a call from that Mr. David Cooper and he is very rude and talk to you any way .I dont owe him any thing and I realy wish he stop calling me and if he dont I am going to take action against him.

THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and may be using bought/hacked/phished loan application data to extort money or personal info for fictitious crimes.

This person also called me he said his name was David I believe this is a scam bc he called about a nth ago and said his name was Stephen Johnson. This person is harassing me I told him I would get the local police involved . This is a scam they just want to collect money do not send them anyting

very harrassing calls, will not identify what company they are calling from or the nature of the call just very heavy legal matters against me.

I have been harrassed by this person for months now. He goes under Mike Walker as well. Today it was David Cooper. What can I do? He is calling my work!

I got a call from 646-929-3731 i have asked this David Cooper person not to call me at work or on my phone and the continues to call......he has treated my several times i wish this man would get cought

i got a call from 646-929-3731 stating that i owe money David Cooper is the person's name he calls me at work and at home i have asked this man to stop calling. i treated to to file a complait and he stopped calling for a month and today the calls stated back the feds should be trying to track him down to put him away.

Who is using this number?

Called my cell and my work phone stating i owed a debt would NOT tell me what the debt was about. I screamed at him and havent heard nothing back although now i get other calls from # 7795525253 Tom Cooper lol they cant think of any other last names apparently!! But they did have my whole social #...it is scary...why cant the goverment crack down on the A******* and send them back to thier own country???

I just got the same call. I asked to talk to a Supervisor and he said pay him $50 as a corruption bribe

I got a call from the # 646-929-3731 today stating I was in trouble with the law as well. He had a very heavy Indian accent. Said his name was David Cooper. Said that if I didn't call him back the police would be coming to get me at either mt home or place of work. I've gotten this call several times from the same person but from a different. I also feel that this is a scam for them to scare people & get money.

I'm getting this call saying that I'm in federal trouble etc.... I think it scam.  my ID caller showing NWYRCYZN, NY.  Never heard of it.  More likely scam!
