hi i receivd the same message and i told them i will not send the 1000 dollars to activate the account. i told them instead deduct the 1000 from the 1500000 u want to donate to me he answered that this check is bounded by law and cannot be changed or deducted so take care people. the scam is very well planned and can be easily adopted.

consultant.com is a free web based email address, that anyone can get. The "Gloria Mackenzie" powerball winner scam is really getting old! It's a Nigerian advance fee scam. You have to pay money to get money (that you won't really get). Scammers often use real names, news stories to build scams around. Same old, same old on 800 notes.
