As I was listening to the voice mail left on my phone from this number, I recognized the language as Filipino language (Tagalog). They were arguing about whether they got the wrong number or what. Anyway, they're two females arguing and finally hang-up the phone.

We received a call from 649-000-6875 today , they had a recorded message stating they could lower credit card rates but, you only have 2 days to reply, we did not reply, but have notified the FCC and Mo Attorney Generals office. Beware of this scam!

I just received a call from this number but did not answer the call.  They left no message on the answering machine.  When I seached the area code I learned it was not from inside the United States so suspect it must be some sort of scam.
