Received the call at 5:55pm they hung up I called back from my cell and it just rang and rang

Caller spoke to my 9 y.o. and told her that they would call me later.  
She tells me it was a male caller who asked for me by my first name...there was no answer when i called back.

Twice I got a call from 651-379-5278. No one responds, they just hang up.

Caller said "I got a wrong number", then hung up.

Caller said he was with "Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police". He asked for my wife by first name.  I told him, "No," and than hung up.  We are on the do not call list.

An exceptionally rude caller who accused my husband of running a meth lab indicated that he was with the Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police! My husband is a well respected MD, this was a very disturbing phonecall.

This guy keeps calling my 80 year old mother demanding she support the Minnesota Fraternal Order of Police, she did last year mistakenly.  He is very rude and has no morals.  I guess he does well intimidating old ladies, I would like him to call me with his attitude.

Each evening for the past 5 nights, he has called our home at 8:00 and asked for my husband.  Each time I call for my husband, this caller hangs up.  If my husband answers, no one is there.  But each time we star 69, it is the same number.  We have reported it to the police.

Person called   son answered phone   the person asked for someone   my son said who?  (cause he couldnt understand him)  Then the person in a LOUD rude voice said "I said ******" (my name) and hung up.  My son was very concerned how the guy acted so he called the # back but no answer.  I too was very concerned when he told me so I googled the # to check it out.  Found this site and was happy to see it was just the lowlifes that beg for money for DARE, state patrol crimestoppers and all that.   I made the big mistake of contributing to DARE long ago   Now they all call me insistantly.  Even tho now I say no

I know all to well what this company is all about.  Consider this an inside look @ what they do.  All of what is written above is true.  This is a scumbag company that not only exploits community concerns and organizations, but they steal money from their employees and encourage employees to do things like "...sound official so they think you're cop so they give you money...".  They also demand that even though you ask to be taken off a list, that the employees DO NOT do so. Instead they just cycle the name and number through to the next campaign that will resume in 6 months.  This however will not stop the calls, because here is the kicker......They are the ones calling for ALL!! law enforcement and public agencies in your state. Here's how it works.  They pretty much call any registered # in a state.  This is called a cold call. You agree to help out with that organization.  UH OH!!! Now the call bonanza will begin.  Instantly your name and number are cycled to 4 or 5 different lists.  For instance, you help with your state troopers?  Get ready to be called for the FOP, sheriffs etc. If you ask to be taken off the list then you will be only removed on the list you requested, but the calls from the others will continue.  As far as the rudeness goes it's not an issue to S.S.  They have no monitoring of calls, verification of sales, nothing.  And when callers are heard being rude, it's often just laughed at or joked about or just plain ignored.  Only when a complaint is filled does it become an issue.  Long story short, the calls will continue and good luck getting them to stop.  Especially if you have donated once.

I keep seeing 651-379-5278 as a missed call on my home phone in Minneapolis. The number shows up, but the Caller ID text says PRIVATE. Once I called them back, but nobody answered. So I Googled it, and lo and behold, I found this website. Thanks for exposing these folks. Now, when they call again, I will know the truth behind their calls. (Now I can just hope THIS website is not a hoax!)

A man called at 6:45 Sunday night, and asked for John.  I informed him that no one by that name lived here, and that he had the wrong number.  He proceeded to repeat my number back to me, and said that he had the right number.  Then he asked me the name of the person that lived here.  I asked him his business, and told him he was calling _MY_ house, and I wanted to know his business first, and he jumped on the defense.  I don't know what he wants, and I don't care.  Rude.

They call ALL the time and hang up. Called the number above (651-917-5300) and said I'd like the calls to stop. Guy asked me for my phone number and said he'd remove my number from their computer. Took about 10 seconds, if that. No hassle. We'll see if it worked...

Called the number listed above (651-917-5300) for Safety Services and said I wanted the phone calls to stop.  The person who answered was NOT rude and said he could take care of that right away.  Entire call lasted 30 seconds.  Fingers are crossed that it works, but I'd recommend this if you are annoyed by the call/hangup routine.

they called asking for my brother who hasnt lived in this state for 6 years and then said some weird stuff about how its early and i should be awake by now and i should have something to do since its noon. then they hung up, it was really weird .

They call several times a day.  They ask for my Father (who has passed away) when we ask who's calling they hang up.  I have called them back and the number keeps ringing and ringing.  I am on the National Do Not Call list and wish there was something we could do to stop this.

This number 651-379-5278 Safety services call us ALL the time. I donated once before I knew what jack a's they were and they will not stop calling. I have told them we cannot donate and they continue to call, they are EXTREMELY rude to me and my husband both, tell us this is the first time they've called-funny-, and just continue to call. There has to be something we can do about them.

Safety Services LLC is at 750 Transfer Rd., St. Paul, MN right next to the Amtrak station.  Their phone number is 651-917-5300.  Evidently since they are collecting for charity, they think that harassment of you is justified--even if you have an unlisted number and are on the national do not call list.  They will only speak with the name on the phone bill.  Call them or stop in to insist that they remove your number.  They may lie to you.  However, I have gotten them to stop calling at least for a few weeks.  Evidently, your number is in their computer that keeps dialing you.  We should all speak to our representatives until a law is passed against these parasites who repeatedly disturb our lives.
